Another suggestion journal every day that alone will ill help with depression or anxiety... Your thoughts for the day positive and negative. Then read s devotional... You will sleep better your mind will be feeling more relaxed. Deep breathe I know that you can do this without medication... You can control you.. I'm glad you are happy and just take one day at a time. God has your back.. Yay a dishwasher

Have you talked to your doctor about anxiety medications? There is a difference and I know there are herbal medicines to help with anxiety and headaches. Stress can also cause headaches my sister gets severe headaches when she us stressed and she takes anxiety meds not anti depression meds.

I was on Effexor 225mg for years. It got to the point of it wasn’t working. I weaned myself off. Now I fight fibromyalgia. And I’m trying herbal medicine now. Ps chew on fresh rosemary or incorporate it into your food. Great for headaches

So proud of you girly! Stopping the meds is the first step. ❤ they cause so much other issues. I was on them then I needed an anxiety med for the racing heart then I needed another med for an anxiety med side effect. So I was like nope I’m done. I feel so much better without them.

I'm not saying some people don't need medication but sometimes doctors prescribe things too quickly. It's okay to feel all the feelings! We are human! The key is to feel them and then move forward and focus on our blessings. Do you have a PO box you can share? I can't wait to see the playroom. I'll be over to play in the kitchen!😊.

Maybe you need a different med. Your body may be having a reaction to what you’re taking. I’ve taken antidepressants for 20 years and I definitely can tell a difference when I don’t take it. Prayers for you!

Yes.. that's why I got off of that medicine too many side affects.You have to find a way that works for you God bless you on this new journey..

Woohoo in my 55 years of life I’ve never lived in a house with a dishwasher, it’s been manual labour my entire life and even now that I have chronic pain I still do everything manually. I really hope it makes your life easier.❤
