I love how you come up with these recipes from scratch. One thing I do for appetizers is use wonton wrappers. Get a mini muffin/cupcake tin, spray with non stick spray and put the wonton wrappers in and bake them for 5 minutes on 350. You can fill them with whatever you want. I've made cheeseburger ones with ground beef, sausage ones with with cheese and ranch seasoning, Italian ones with sausage or ground beef, pasta sauce and cheese. I'm sure with your imagination you could come up with all sorts of different ones. Just thought I would share.

I know that the Tic Tok Ground Beef Queso looks impressive when you put each one of the ingredients in a separate section of the pan. Unfortunately that just makes it harder to cook because you have to add all of the times that you have to take it out to stir it. If you make it like you normally would by mixing everything together as you are assembling the dish you can than just put it in the oven to bake and you won’t have to stir it multiple times.
I agree/thought the same but I'd still take it out and stir it once in awhile just like I would also flip a piece of chicken or stir oven potatoes, veggie, etc. I imagine she showed it that way just for those that think they can't cook at all, that you can just dump stuff and stir every so often and it will work out and come together. I know people who would need to see that to think they could do it honestly and that it wasn't hard lol.

When I make pinwheels I like to wrap up the logs tightly in plastic and chill for awhile before slicing. Sometimes to save time at the holidays, I even do this the day before. I find they hold together better.

I hope you are feeling good, you look well! The countdown to baby girl Pacheco is so exciting!. I CANNOT open any of those tubes of biscuits, crescent rolls, etc. I hand them off to one of my boys to open while I run from them with my ears plugged singing "la, la, la..." It's not like it is a MOAB but, dang, what if it is??!!?? I really need to work on that. Lol
I made those bbq sauce/grape jelly/honey meatballs and they tasted WONDERFUL!! I used frozen meatballs and made it in the slow cooker on low for 1 1/2 hours. I followed everything that was done in the video on how to make them. Super simple to make and they refrigerator and taste even better the next day! Thank you Julia for sharing ♥️♥️♥️

I make a similar queso dip. Mine is a block of velveeta cheese, a roll of sausage, 1 can of rotel. Cook the sausage, drain fat off then place it all in the slow cooker until melted. Stir every so often to mix. Once melted serve with tortilla chips. So easy and so good

My favorite thing is appetizers! We make a super easy "crack dip" which is a browned jimmy dean sausage and mix in 16oz of cubed velveeta with a can of rotel.....serve with fritos! Highly recommend you try!
