I LOVE LOVE LOVE this video, it’s the perfect amount of input of daily stuff and random pieces, but also a little bit of sporty bits and pieces - but it does not make you feel bad that the later one is not too much, and while you are watching this and currently do not train .. it just makes you feel happy in total !!
