43:01 I'd suggest using the needle dropper for the oil at that part instead of spray because the bobbin wheel is held to the shaft via screw friction and it's very close. I've made the mistake of lubricating the bar too much, which loosened the bobbin wheel and it messed up the timing, and I needed to reset it.
