Iv lost 70 pounds in the last 5 months, and I know it's something u have to do, it doesn't help when other people tell u how to do it, but when u were at the grocery store try getting either frosted raisin bran or strawberry mini wheats, they taste great, and are pretty healthy. Also playing basketball for like an hour or 2 a day helps a lot.
