I didn't know yoga mats could be friendly 😄. Come to think of it, yes, my yoga mat is my most loyal companion. 😊 The only issue with cotton mats is that they slip while doing hata yoga and puts undue pressure on muscles. So, I'm sticking with rubber mats for now.

To practice hata yoga, i searched fir an eco friendly sustainable mat which also gives me grip. Chose one from pandabee cork mat which costs 2.5k.

Hello Anna, Namaskaram. Would like your suggestion, While doing Surya Kriya my hands slip too much due to sweat and travels forward during Parvatasana and you know it ruins the whole steps. What kind of Yoga mat among these would be best for me! Thanks
One with a rubber grip on the bottom anna. Even decathlon mats are good 🤗

@@aman4805 Well, i found yoga mat with grips more effective, also my hands don't get sweaty too much nowdays, also the frequency of Yoga i'd do has decreased :D
Do you think you can show the mats a bit slower? I have tried cotton mats before but found them a bit slippery. I'm now trying to find a mat made of jute or straw because I've heard it has great grip.

Yes the rubberized side is supposed to face the ground only the cotton/safe side is facing up on which u can do asanas... By the way what bhandara u r talking about? And that canteen is a seperate business there.
