- This video overviews the 2023 Specialized Turbo Vado SL 5.0 equipped model. This bike features a lightweight powerful motor and is compatible with the Specialized range extender battery. The 2023 version included the Mastermind TCU display built into the top tube. The integrated battery has 320Wh of capacity and can be paired with the optional range extender battery for 120 miles of range. The bike includes an integrated headlight, taillight, kickstand, rear rack, and fenders.
Just got this bike 3 weeks ago, after Specialized put this and other bikes on sale. It's a blast! Super fun to ride, lightweight, the suspension (get the 5.0 version, it's worth it) does a great job of smoothing out the road, and the bike gives you all the power you need but not too much that you feel like you're riding a moped. It's a real bike! Highly recommended.
