That rage art is updated with that Burce Lee look at the end which is from "Enter the Dragon" and Michael Murray said on Twitter that this animation can somehow change or it depends on something. So, my guess is when you K.O/Great/Perfect your opponent with that rage art that animation activates but when you do it in neutral with a lot of health it just never happens.
5:58 I disagree. Law by far has the coolest one. It's swift, hits hard, show cases his skill, it isn't over-the-top and it gets right back into the action.

There seems to be a new hit spark/effect that appears on counter hit that wasnt in previous trailers (if it was i didnt notice it) where theres like a slicing effect, you can see it at 4:03, 5:22, 6:20, 7:10, and 8:09. idk if this is worth anything but this hit effect seems a lot clearer for "small" where ur not sure if your opponent pressed a button or randomly ducked.
I noticed them too in pauls trailer and I went back... and... they are there! They just didn't show many counter hits in general so we didn't get many chances to notice them.
