Yes, for me too! Not only are they disappearing, but my feet feel very soft and smooth. My heels are not cracked anymore. I’m not even fully carnivore, but I do eat mostly beef, eggs, and butter. Trying to switch to this 100% is proving to be difficult for me, but I’m not giving up. 😊

Another “brain fog” benefit for carnivore. I confess to having gotten somewhat discouraged about this when I tried carnivore last June and July. This encourages me to take another run at it. Thanks, Erica & Dave, for this one.

Go gently into carnivore. Ramp up meat and fat gradually, and reduce veg, fruit, and fiber gradually. What you can ditch right away are seed oils, processed foods, and grains. Good luck!

Erica is on the right track. 've fallen off the wagon a number of times. I say fallen off the wagon, but it's basically only single events. Had a couple of beers on one occasion, had some pasta on another or some veg. I might have a glass of wine in the evening if I feel like it. The next day it's back to usual. It's every couple of weeks. I don't beat myself up over it. Then again, I was never addicted to sugar or carbs. Not everyone is lucky like that. The important thing is, dust yourself off and get back on the horse. On another note, Dave, for me, you're the MVP of UA-cam. These interviews are invaluable, and I look forward to them every day. I am a woman 52 on a keto diet with meat everyday it helped me so much about the menopause symptoms and I am still very slim. I would like nervertheless to point that studies, research, observation of the blue spots (with the higher concentration of centenarians people), IGF1, gerontotoxin etc… all these datas and observations show eating meat is not healthy at all, I spent a lot of time about the subject and I don’t like the conclusion but vegetarian’s lifespan is more important there is no discussion about that (even if we don’t like that 😉). Of course vegetarians can feel tired, they miss some nutrients like vitamin B etc BUT they live longer than others 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

      Yeah, you're being hoodwinked.
A proper study would lock humans up their whole life to feed them a certain diet strictly and study the results. That is the definition of science, a controlled study, observation under controlled circumstances.
Instead we have a bunch of questionnaires, or what I call "Readers Digest" studies which are not considered true science at all, even by science. There is even a special wing created for these studies (epidemiology). They are kept as a subset to science simply as a way to seek out future "real science", instead they are glorified for questionable reasons. Read up on the history of epidemiology, it's been debated by scientists since its creation.

The blue zones research is known to be suspect.
I just read an example refuting plant-based diet and longevity. I was so shocked I googled it and you can too:
In Hong Kong they have the highest consumption of meat in the world - and an average lifespan of 85 years.
Compare that to India where vegetarianism is cultural and the average life span is 67. That’s nearly 20 years difference! Also in India they face a level of type 2 diabetes that’s higher than the US.
My health has improved so much at age 59, there’s no way I’m going to buy plant based propaganda.
