    Enjoyed Tony's talk. It's amazing how only meat and associated fat will give us optimal life, but if we eat only a couple of vegetables for a time we will become very sick.
    As Tony stated, meat is not boring. One actually becomes adapted to it fairly quickly. Everything else is not our food, by design. Man has created them for profit. Plants are toxic to our health, if we listen to the thousands of testaments and learn some history.

      @cindyleastorch194 4 eggs and about 4 oz Philly whipped cream cheese. Blend it in your bullet mixer until it's just a bit frothy. Use a couple pads of butter in a VERY nonstick pan. Pour just enough eggs in the pan so you can swirl it around to a nice thin circle. It helps to put a lid on it while cooking on medium heat. As soon as it's bubbly and just browning on the edges, check it. If its nicely browning, like a thin pancake, carefully flip with a nonstick spatula. Cook the other side to the same degree. Roll some cream cheese inside on a plate. Repeat and enjoy ❤️

    Tony, I've found that very few of us are that picky or crazy. Just ignore anyone who goes too far pushing their particular interpretation. I guess you have a very dry sense of humor - and of course, no harm done. In case someone got under your skin over this, I'm just saying do it your way. That's very much okay and fine with me and most of us.
    I also drink coffee. I use black pepper on my steak - and maybe garlic powder, a small amount of thyme and so on. Sometimes condiments, not too often. This summer we got a few apples off our new apple tree. I ate half of one. Neighbor gave us peaches. I ate a small one. I'm still carnivore. Maybe "dirty carnivore," but by scientific definition, I'm not only a carnivore, I'm a hyper-carnivore.
    Zoologically, any creature that gets over 70% of its diet from animal products is a hyper-carnivore. I'm not arguing with you, by the way. Just tossing out some thoughts. I liked your talk. Glad you've found carnivore and that you're doing well on it! Peace to you, and all the best.

    I get so frustrated when I hear success after success story! People switching rapidly and adjusting to and reaping the benefits of carnivore, I’m so happy for them, but after 7 months I’m still not sleeping and my eczema has got worse on my hands. I’m down to beef, no butter, a bit of ghee, tallow and salt and water. And that’s it. I’ve no idea how to move on from here. I’ve experienced big improvements in hip and lower back pain and in much better digestion, which is great, but the lack of sleep means I don’t have much energy and can be somewhat bad tempered… I don’t want to go back to pre- carnivore, but don’t know how to improve things. Taking more fat and magnesium and electrolytes doesn’t seem to help. Any advice????
    Ps thanks Dave for all you do in talking to these wonderful people and giving them a platform to share their success stories - we’re all learning to go against just about ALL ‘expert’ advice - on nearly every aspect of life!

      @lynseygrieveson2181 5 днів тому +5

      I have found high electrolytes need to be sustained for me and can take a little while to improve if I get low. Another thought is what is in your environment? If you have eczema on your hands it may be a contact dermatitis. Also did you have a lot of gut issues before? It may be you need to give healing more time.
      For circadian rhythm, try grounding in the morning and getting out into the sun in the morning if you can. Likewise try blue light blocking in the evening.
      Diet is not everything and you actually may be low in some vitamins and especially minerals. You could include a little liver weekly to help. I include iodine and a wide mineral in my diet. These are just quick ideas to try. I do hope this helps.

    The increasing prevalence of and type of cancers folks are experiencing are certainly underpinned by excessive intakes of the foods they're choosing, as well as other lifestyle factors. Cancer has always existed - it's strictly a cell which has regressed and lost its specific programming, and thus only knows to proliferate at all costs. However as we bombard our bodies with inappropriate fuel, and at rates which give our internal check systems no time off from the digesting functions to deal with these rogue cells, it's no wonder the badies win. Disease increases in an age of excess. 😢
