This time on THE IDENT REVIEW, we're heading on over to CHANNEL 5 to take a look at the variety of SPECIAL IDENTS that they've showcased from 2020, all the way up until the present day here in 2023! But do these benefit the current C5 branding? Or are they a bit lazy, and a waste of time?
The Ident Review began in May 2018 and since has spawned over 100 episodes and even a spin-off show, the Ident Review Extra! It remains a firm AMTV favourite to this day!

Love the first ident the most, I think! The way it's been animated and shot reminds me so much of the Stranger Things opening sequence. Love the colours too! 💖🧡

I loved Challenge Anneka as a kid. They did a big job for a charity my mum was involved with and for whom I later worked -- a reconciliation centre in Northern Ireland that provided cross-community space for dialogue between activists of both communities, a centre for non-denominational respite care for underprivileged kids and the disabled, and a place for Christian retreat and worship. We were all very grateful for her help.
I quite like the current idents for Channel 5 infact most of the idents are eye catching and quite pleasing to the eye.

I heard Anneka was told the show was on a floating schedule I hear it’s coming back week 15 May, It’s a project for Dementia Sufferers and that week is Dementia Awareness week, so it could have been planned a long while ago
I used to like Challenge Anneka back in the day. I think the show was a forerunner to the BBC'S gardening design Challenge shows where they had 24 hours to make a garden look beautiful buy trying to get local merchants to provide plants and equipment either free of charge or at heavily discounted prices same with local workers. Same with interior design programmes. Television these is saturated with these kind of shows and I think bringing back shows like Challenge Anneka or Treasure Hunt is just flooding the market. I think audiences are starting to lose interest in these kind of shows. I don't think uk audiences want more cheaply made Challenge shows or reality shows I think we as viewers have had enough and want something different to watch. I think Channel 5 will air the last 2 episodes and then shelve plans to make another series.
There was also a special ident for that Nickelodeon Cartoon the loud house every time it aired on channel 5

Challenge Anika was a massive flop. and honestly it wasn't a show I'd say lets bring back, since I've never seen it before.
Well… it didn’t help the show was on at a late time, plus with BBC & ITV shows on as well it didn’t stand a chance
