Apparently, it seems rather beneficial to have two tires off track when our car has damage in this game. Not sure how that’s supposed to happen, but it doesn’t seem to be the case in real life. 😂
Interesting fact: In online races, if you go completely off track, receive a speed penalty, and have two tires off track, the speed penalty will not apply, allowing you to accelerate normally
Definitely true. Unfortunately it gets used to exploit off track cuts sometimes. You can take a cut and then make sure you have two tires off track to get around the penalty. It’s risky because sometimes you don’t get your car properly aligned and then you really fall back. Leaves me with an ethical dilemma, when I’m getting to higher points. I like to race other live players cleanly, but inevitably one or two people cut, and then I lose points. I’ve just started avoiding tracks where people do that.
Found this out last year racing the Apollo here. I know it's most visible in cars that have the supersonic acceleration but idk if it works in normal accelerating cars. Will test.
I completed the Evija event yesterday, the car is annoying. In Indi road course, I can't stay full throttle to get in the speed way section, most of the cars with 1.4 grip do it without slipping but the Evija's grip never feels 2.14, strange car! Apollo IE feels much better than this cleaner.😂 🤪
It is a strange car, I don’t really like it. It feels loose and heavy. I think the problem with the grip is that this car reaches its maximum speed so fast. I do think it should feel grippier but it’s possible that it doesn’t get any increase due to downforce. Other cars get grip that exceeds the number shown at higher speeds.
Actually u can stay full throttle through the speedway section of Indi road course if you have got the correct trajectory. I could do that pretty easily
I’m a pretty observant person, but I must admit I never noticed this. I was only told about it recently and had to check it out. The Evija is such a good test car because you hit the top speed cop fast in that car. I’m glad it’s good for something, I really don’t like that car very much.😅
The really old full course that involves that high bank is gone for good. Many people died there. One day alone, 3 people died! Black Sunday on October 10, 1933
@@ME7_RR3 Yeah I know but too much speed and poor control will always give result as accidents. But in game it should be available because of fun that it can provide. Honestly in old days, technology of tyre is poor than now a days. EDIT: ''8n'' is a mistake I have fixed it now as ''in''.
Good question, but I would say no. You’re only getting back the performance that you lost, it doesn’t give you a boost above regular performance. Also, you don’t get back grip, brakes or acceleration. It might help you pass a Stage that you had a horrible accident in. However, the most difficult stages are difficult even when you have no damage at all.
It seems that this won't work at endurance races. I've done one today due to 60% addon fame bonus and I've tried it several times with a broken mp4-x (410 km/h broken vs. 421 km/h healthy) with two tires offtrack, two ones ontrack and it did not recover to 421 km/h or almost 421 km/h again!
What you’re experiencing there is the acceleration loss. I just tested it in an endurance race and it works. All you’re getting back is the top speed, not the acceleration. That’s why I used the Lotus Evija as a test car because it hits its top speed early and then freezes. In the test I just did in the Lotus it took longer to reach 369 damaged than it did to reach 379 undamaged. Then I took two tires off track and it went up to 379 pretty quick. When you’re doing these types of tests you really do need areas where it’s exactly the same each time. That’s why I used the wall by the old speedway. I’ll do some MP4-X tests just to be sure. From my experience things like this, don’t affect just some cars or some tracks. They are institutional things that affect everything everywhere. However, it’s still good to do tests. 😃
The probability is low. This trackpart has not been used for more than 50 years because the banked longturns are too dangerous for modern high speed f1-cars. So due to weather changings over the whole period the track is is in a poor condition. It's broken up by plants everywhere.
If you want to change the language, you have to go to the settings in your main device and then over to RealRacing3. That’s where I find the language change in iOS. As far as Toyota being in the game, that’s actually up to Toyota. They’ve been very resistant to their cars being in games for years, making very few appearances. Every car in this game must be licensed so they have to have permission before they can include it. The only Toyotas we have are licensed through the Racing organization.
If it is, it’s a really old bug. I found out from some people that this has been in the game for a long time. That being said, the more it’s known the greater the chance that it will get patched. That’s not necessarily a bad thing because this bug is currently helping people to take cuts in OMP and get away with it.
My problem is I just don’t have enough time to be good at multiple games and make videos. this particular video took about 6 hours to make. It took me a few attempts to get race footage I was happy with. Then I have to combine the two different viewpoints, edit it down, export, it, upload it to UA-cam and then do UA-cam formatting. It’s a lot of work, but I enjoy it.
The simple version is like this. Take two tires off track if you’re damaged and you want extra top speed. Get those tires back on track before you start braking.

No, it only works if you already have a penalty and you need to go 4 wheels off track to get full acceleration
