So okay, here's my opinion about Real Racing 3. Well, Real Racing 3 is actually not that bad for a racing game. The graphic is good, huge car list, so many events and tracks. Even it taught the player about braking in corner, so racing isn't about flooring the pedal gas every time. But, racing game is about racing, right? Well, the "thing" that killed the gameplay of Real Racing 3 is the pay to win system. There are two currencies in the game. The money and the gold. Well, the gold is the one that killed it. Why? It's hard to earn, and most importantly, most things in game (cars, upgrade, etc) should be paid with gold and can't be paid with money. This is the thing that I hate from Real Racing 3. But the AI is actually good. I just don't like how they are like... kind of heavy? Whenever I hit them or they hit me, I actually the one who lose control so much and yet the AI still in control.

The damage model is fine, it is after all, a mobile game. Assoluto racing has good physics and performance customisation but lacks variety. Anyone questioning the cars rolling does not know how a gravel pit works. Yes a gravel pit slows a car down, but if you go in sideways, the wheels dig into the gravel and cause a rotational force to be enacted on the car
yeah you can drift I do it all the time dude, turn of assists and flick your phone like you would flick your steering wheel. Sounds like you dont know how to drift
I have to say, for a person that started playing RR3 back when it was released in 2013, I was pretty blown up by it. Graphics were good for the time, gameplay was fun, the damage system was well made and it was pretty additive, it felt almost like an upgrade from GT Racing: Motor Academy from Ubisoft, which was released back in 2009. I unfortunately had to stop playing the game because of the tablet I played it on stopped working, so I didn’t play the game for approximately 6 years until 2020. Back in January of that year, I bought Grid Autosport for my Nintendo Switch, I knew it was available for mobile devices, but decided to buy the best version(after the PC one) at the moment. I had played the game for 1 month and my impressions were pretty positive, however, now that I had a new phone with the required specs, I decided revive some childhood memories, and downloaded Real Racing 3. After the download had finished, I was ready to get started as I did on my first playthrough, but ended up getting an unexpected surprise. In those 6 years of not playing the game, a big fat number of content was added, and every time I wanted to drive a car in a certain race, I had to download them, but the worst impression was the pay2win formula. I’m normally not used to this concept on racing games, in fact, games like NSF No Limits and Rebel Racing lost me pretty quickly on my first gameplays because of having to pay for extra cars and courses. I was shocked how much EA had influenced the game in those 6 years, I couldn’t start like a racing starter with a BMW Coupé in a Gran Turismo fashion. When I was finally able to drive a car, I immediately thought of a winner in the mobile sim racing, and it wasn’t Real Racing 3. Gravel physics are way too simplified, meaning that you could drive perfectly through it without crashing, only getting a little speed decrease. Car physics in general are also very simple, it is almost impossible to flip your car over, engine sounds are pretty obsolete and are still compressed for some reason. Graphics are still pretty good, but can be better, which are gonna be on the beta state “Real Racing Next”(if it gets ever released). The damage model is very simple, even for a mobile racing game(and I know there are games with worse damage systems, but this is a “sim-arcade”), Grid Autosport has both mechanical and superficial damages, and these are really good to be honest, but on RR3, the car only gets a bit damaged, parts don’t detach and the car runs like nothing ever happened. I must say, after this completely unnecessary review on this game, is that, considering that Grid Autosport was also released for mobile devices almost at the same time of RR3, Codemasters did an amazing job on keeping the realism from the console versions to the mobile ports, it’s amazing that the developing house in charge of RR3 is part of EA, but they really didn’t make the game better, they left like it was back in 2013 with many red flags, and Codemasters, which was still independent in 2014, did way better than the EA endorsed team that had a ton of money on their dispose, not using it as it had to be used.
So overall the physics of the Grid Motorsport is real but only available at iOS temporarily and you've to buy the game. Real Racing 3 have it on both iOS and Android for years, no real physics but you can download the game for free and experience over 200 cars. I don't really know more about RR3 currently but i heard of P2W, AI are bad etc. Both of the game has their own passion. It's OUR opinion makes the different.
I love Grids damage renders and damage models, but real racing has amazing track racing mechanics. Rr3 has some of the best and clearest graphics for a mobile game as well. I just would prefer grids damage models in Rr3
Wow, kinda impressive they managed to port the game over to mobile. I wonder if the physics are also the same as the original version. I'd be hard to imagine how it plays with simple controls of a touchscreen. It's even hard when I played it using a controller on the PC.
Heyheyhey Grid autosport released in 2014 for pc AND IT'S NEVER BEEN UPDATED SINCE 2015 and the mobile version is just a porting of the pc version EA always give update to rr3 from 2013 until now but they never improve the physics they just add more monetizing content
@@hkr2173 simply because people who still plays RR3 doesn't care/know what physics is. Flooring a rear wheel drive monster with minimum wheelspin is a joke.

Real racing 3 took out features that were present in real racing 2, such as bumper decapitation, mirror decapitation. Minor details but why go backwards?
AHAH yeah that, it should be like that, but first things first we're gonna talk about the performance yo Also i am aware the comment is half a year old but ok
They’re both very good games, and they both have their strengths and weaknesses. Not having played Grid myself, I don’t really know much about the gameplay. But as people say, in RR3, it is a lot of pay to play, as gold is ridiculously tough to earn and a lot of limited time events require a lot of it. Real Racing seems to spend much more time on graphics (such as vehicle interiors, exteriors, tracks) than Grid does, while Grid focuses on crash physics.

Whoever says RR3 is p2w, just doesn't know how to play/ doesn't understand the game concept (You barely even notice the money offers because they never pop up, just sit hidden in a tab. Adds aren't terrible too, most times you can skip them, if not then after 5 seconds and you always get a reward if you watch them). It would be too easy if you could just straight away run all expencive events at the same time and affort everything. The way prices and repairs limit you forces you to try out all other different events, each with cars that vary a lot, always keeping game interesting, chalanging and satisfying. In my opinion this system suits game concept and physical engine perfectly and is a masterpiece that never stops amazing me. RR3 is hard to compare to other mobile racing games because it's different. It actualy is a racing simulator, but it's realism is limited by what is physicaly possible on mobile devices (compared to for example how much more you can do using gaming wheel). My experience with mobile racing games which try to have very realistic physics is that it's on cost of ability to control your car. In my opinion it's just too hard for mobiles and instead of pushing map limits and enjoying the chalange of game mode you basically fight with your car whole the time, with a terrible control tool, doing many more mistakes, forcing yourcelf to play less agressive for consistency (which isn't bad but you want a break sometimes), in every game mode. I don't say it isn't satisfying when you manage to do that, it deffinitely is and often was for myself, but all races, no matter what map I played on and what was the goal, were the same and it never failed to become boring at some point. My conclusion is, no matter how much more realistic other mobile racing games are, RR3 totaly owns them, because it is the only one designed to be at first playable on mobiles, then everything else adjusted, pushing it as far as possible, but never on cost of playability. In my opinion it's the only way one should design a game if he wants it to be good.

OMG Grid autosport is a lot more realistic. Flips are fckin awesome!!!!! And tyrewalls holy cow. So much better. Please make more comparisons between the two!
Released Real Racing 3, 2014. She only went to the phone. And phones of that time did not take out such physics as in grid Autosport. And Grid was originally made on a PC, so here's the difference in physics. RR3 is more arcade-style, not a super-realistic car simulator. But it has a special place in my heart, even after the release of GRID.
FYI : Grid: Autosports Android version will be released on July, and it will gets the Vulcan API. That's gonna be smooth in 625-835 SD devices with minimum 3GB of RAM, can't wait!
Well Real Racing 3: - More Easy - Friendly for potato - Easier to be hacked - Free Game GRID Autosport: - More Difficult - Not a potato friendly - Hard to be hacked - Paid Game
It's crazy that they're able to port an EGO engine game (EGO 2.1, if I remember correctly? Which is quite heavy) into mobile albeit the rather heavy visual downgrade. Though they should've ported the first one instead of Autosport since the headroom should be a lot better in that game so the graphical fidelity can be maintained.
I think it's a bold move. Bringing an outdated game into the market as a new game is not a great idea. At least with Autosport, it'll be updated frequently since it's their latest Grid series.
Things to dislike about RR3: 1. Pay 2 Win System 2. Car Damage System 3. Stupidly Overpriced Cars and Upgrades 4. Stupidly Low Income per race 5. AI's lack of intelligence (doesn't know that I'm next to it so it just turns in and pushes me out of the track) 6. No free race mode 7. No rules for racing (no blue flag when lapping an opponent, no black flag when cutting too many corners, no time penalty for going off track, no penalty for contact, no penalty for running an opponent off track, no yellow flag/safety car/VCS when an accident happens, etc etc.) 8. No pit stops and team strategies (if it's really 'Real' Racing it should have pit stops and team strategies) 9. TCS and ABS along with ESP are seemingly always on, despite turning them off 10. AI cars recover stupidly quick 11. No F1 under 'Motorsports' Things to like about RR3: 1. No rubberbanding AI (rubberbanding sucks) 2. Fairly good car models 3. Accurately modeled race tracks 4. AI are competent enough to compete against 5. Huge car selection 6. Many race events 7. Motorsports related events (NASCAR, Formula E, Le Mans) 8. Good enough graphics. Despite all those things to dislike about RR3, I still love the game compared to others (Asphalt Nitro, Asphalt 8, Asphalt 9, NFS No Limits) because it's a legitimate racing game. You race competitively with good AI that knows how racing works.
There is McLaren MP4/4,Ferrari 412 T2 and F14 T...They are certainly F1 cars. RR3 is an arcady track racing game,so maybe that's why they didn't include flags and such? (Although there is penalties for going off track now for multiplayer)
@@musiala42-szn There are F1 cars, but they don't have 'F1' under 'Motorsports'. Maybe it's more of a sim-cade like Forza, but it still needs regulations and flags because it's still a track racing game, not something like NFS or Asphalt.
Difference is, RR3 was a mobile game from 2013, while GRID is a console game that was ported to phones in 2015. Also RR3 was a minor release for EA, while GRID was a major release for Codemasters in one of their biggest franchises. You can't really compare the two.
Grid Autosport has bad interior compared to RR3,,,RR3 is best in interior so RR3 has still the best graphics!!! Physics in RR3 is bad but the interior is still the best so nevermind about the physics cuz interior is the priority not the physics!!!But it is only my opinion!!! SORRY FOR MY BAD ENGLISH✌️✌️✌️
The comparisson its good because are the 2 best racing simulators for mobile, the problem its, that Grid is better than RR3 because RR3 its a racing mobile game, but Grid its a PC racing game adapted to mobile and with one of the racing game developer back. Whatever, good video, I liked it, sorry for my bad english xd
For those complaining about the pay2win: You downloaded the game for free, the creators need some compensation, I find their economy very fair, you win gold every series you finish, finish some events, and if you look at some add, I have played a lot of mobile game lately, (confinement) and some times, developers are really big douche on punch-your-screen-like tycoon. You have bigger rewards if you play with less assistance, and you can have an discounts if you finish some events, so you can manage the three currency. For those complaining about the graphics/engine: Keep in mind, this is a free, mobile game, that was out 7 years ago, and this is still impressive to this day, there wasn't a big market on mobile game back in that time, and there wasn't even good phone at this time. This game is a marveling piece of optimization. The engine isn't that good for today's standard, but it's like saying goldeneye 007 is horse shit and call of duty is much better
I can't say that it matters. I've tried to play GRID and I find the controls far too finicky - I can't keep the car on track for even 1 lap. RR3 is FAR more forgiving and manageable. I play on iPad and I have also tried GRID on iPhoneX with force-touch. GRID has nice options but I have had NO FUN playing it at all. If I can't have some successful laps in beginner mode, there is a problem with the game. I've been playing RR3 for years now and I still find it fun, because it's easy enough to sit down and play for 5-10 mins, and do some nice laps/races. RR3 for me is the better overall game.
Real Racing is an arcade game, that’s why it’s so easy to control the cars. If you have driven any higher performance/racing car on track you know that’s not how things work.
It's because you don't know how to race in sim racing games. The cars don't work in real life as shown in rr3. It works as in grid. I played rr3 and I'm now playing grid and I can't go back to rr3 because the game feels too easy and childish. " If I can't have successful laps in beginner mode, the game is bad" . Lol bro you are just trash in sim racing games.

TLDR: Grid Autosport good, RR3 bad
My guy wrote a paragraph for a money grab mobile game 💀
And grid psychics in rr3
Hello boooooi he kept it in lowest graphics
Grid has outstanding graphics for a mobile game once you set it to max graphics
Real racing is like " what the hell is physics?? never heard of it".
real racing physics is better
Its EA company...so they dont care bout it...they just want Money

And ofc channel likes it, bc bias. Why do people from other games shit on Real Racing 3? We like it, keep your opinions to yourself
Yeah, flooring a 700hp+ car from standing start with minimum wheelspin is ridiculous.
Thing is rr3 physics is a major downgrade to its previous installment
Wow, kinda impressive they managed to port the game over to mobile. I wonder if the physics are also the same as the original version. I'd be hard to imagine how it plays with simple controls of a touchscreen. It's even hard when I played it using a controller on the PC.

Grid autosport released in 2014 for pc AND IT'S NEVER BEEN UPDATED SINCE 2015 and the mobile version is just a porting of the pc version
EA always give update to rr3 from 2013 until now but they never improve the physics they just add more monetizing content

Hi guys! This is an old video here, the graphics of GRID Autosport has improved a lot since on iOS!
On this channel you can find a lot of videos with the new graphics too, so make sure to check those out before deciding which game you like more!

When auto grid will be available for Android
It's about time we have a realistic Racing Sim for the mobile platform, it would go great with F1 2016 :)
Real racing 3 took out features that were present in real racing 2, such as bumper decapitation, mirror decapitation. Minor details but why go backwards?
actually i hate those bumpers they wont fall off
its evolving, backwards
Hey Pxel. Stopped by to support your channel. Full view and like.
Thank you very much!
If the car physics and car damages on Grid combine with RR3 interior design would be awsome
AHAH yeah that, it should be like that, but first things first we're gonna talk about the performance yo
Also i am aware the comment is half a year old but ok
What comparison do you want to see next between GRID Autosport and RR3?

They’re both very good games, and they both have their strengths and weaknesses. Not having played Grid myself, I don’t really know much about the gameplay. But as people say, in RR3, it is a lot of pay to play, as gold is ridiculously tough to earn and a lot of limited time events require a lot of it. Real Racing seems to spend much more time on graphics (such as vehicle interiors, exteriors, tracks) than Grid does, while Grid focuses on crash physics.
Facts grid physica are great they dont care how good the car looks in the game all they doing is to be realiastic while i havent play grid autosport becuz its expensive pay money to install it

@@pyrogaming7021 it certainly does, i did play this but after only one crash car becomes so unstable it's impossible to play.....but only if you have activated high difficulty which enables car damage...
RR3 has cars that are kinda too tough for what they are, GRID seems to have them a little too fragile, in RR3 though, drifting is quite fun to do
In GRID Autosport you get an entire dedicated drift mode

Released Real Racing 3, 2014. She only went to the phone. And phones of that time did not take out such physics as in grid Autosport. And Grid was originally made on a PC, so here's the difference in physics. RR3 is more arcade-style, not a super-realistic car simulator. But it has a special place in my heart, even after the release of GRID.

Things to dislike about RR3:
1. Pay 2 Win System
2. Car Damage System
3. Stupidly Overpriced Cars and Upgrades
4. Stupidly Low Income per race
5. AI's lack of intelligence (doesn't know that I'm next to it so it just turns in and pushes me out of the track)
6. No free race mode
7. No rules for racing (no blue flag when lapping an opponent, no black flag when cutting too many corners, no time penalty for going off track, no penalty for contact, no penalty for running an opponent off track, no yellow flag/safety car/VCS when an accident happens, etc etc.)
8. No pit stops and team strategies (if it's really 'Real' Racing it should have pit stops and team strategies)
9. TCS and ABS along with ESP are seemingly always on, despite turning them off
10. AI cars recover stupidly quick
11. No F1 under 'Motorsports'
Things to like about RR3:
1. No rubberbanding AI (rubberbanding sucks)
2. Fairly good car models
3. Accurately modeled race tracks
4. AI are competent enough to compete against
5. Huge car selection
6. Many race events
7. Motorsports related events (NASCAR, Formula E, Le Mans)
ITS BY EA

Oh yeah, supporting a unimproved game since 2013 just because it has good interior
In newer version of rr3 they less the damage physics
Well for graphic Real Racing 3 wins, but for Physics GRID wins
For those complaining about the pay2win:
You downloaded the game for free, the creators need some compensation, I find their economy very fair, you win gold every series you finish, finish some events, and if you look at some add, I have played a lot of mobile game lately, (confinement) and some times, developers are really big douche on punch-your-screen-like tycoon.
You have bigger rewards if you play with less assistance, and you can have an discounts if you finish some events, so you can manage the three currency.
For those complaining about the graphics/engine:
Keep in mind, this is a free, mobile game, that was out 7 years ago, and this is still impressive to this day, there wasn't a big market on mobile game back in that time, and there wasn't even good phone at this time.
This game is a marveling piece of optimization.
The engine isn't that good for today's standard, but it's like saying goldeneye 007 is horse shit and call of duty is much better
Now I understand thank you got a like

In rr3 crash test, use the Nissan Skyline r34
