Hey i wanna ask a question about ball handling. Everybody says pound it when doing stationary workout. But when i pound it,my moves and body feel stiff(robotic) cause i pound with my wrist and ARMS！ How can I pound the ball and smooth with the ball at same time？is dribbling faster and push myself on speed will help?
I would look at some of Dre Baldwin's videos. It's hard to say without looking at your handles. If you can dribble continuously behind your back you are off to a good start. If you can't, I would spend an hour a day getting on that until you're solid.
He said he chased down a purse snatcher and fell and skinned his arm. The purse snatcher got away. I asked how the "Champ" let the purse snatcher get away and he said because he was on the east side and they were fast. True story.

Usually 5v5s are full court, so if you get a rebound, you go to the side of the court you shoot at. There's no clearing in college, highschool, and the NBA. Only in games like 21 and these 1v1s.
Great game, but I could really do without the voice over. I understand you guys were critiquing and giving credit where it was deserved, but you both were just mumbling. So the commentary came off as rather annoying
