- Finally! Almost a year after finishing his Ferrari powered Toyota Gumout GT4586 build, Formula Drift driver Ryan Tuerck is able to see what the GT4586 can do on public roads.

The fact that this is the most viewed video on Donuts channel says a lot about us. Yea we like the funny stuff, the information and learning vids. But in the end, we’re all just car people. And watching a really cool car doing a really cool thing brings us together and we can’t get enough of it.
yea but this car also got a shit ton of hype when it came out. you have to factor that in as well. it's a shame this Turok guy never posted on his social when and where fans of this car could see it. Basically it's one of most popular internet cars around that time and he did an absolute shit job, him and his sponsors of promoting fans to come to events to see it. I messaged the guy on insta (long shot) and all of the sponsors and none of them responded. Basically screw that guy.

One of the reason why they did not put a turbo on the Gt86 is because it is so balanced that adding a turbo or any additional weight will affect it’s good handling characteristics.
??? Gt86 has Prius tires. A fun entry level car that won't put you in serious danger of a high-speed collision due to its poor handling. Just like classic Japanese sports cars. Speed isn't everything. Enjoy the ride ✌

@@Vysiblez these cars need the wrx motor desperately. If Subaru had done that, I would’ve purchased one of them instead my m2. I love light weight naturally aspirated sports cars like this and the miata but once you daily a sports type car with 350hp stock and a 6 speed manual (focus rs) low power sports cars just don’t stack up. The 4c had a garbage interior, the new Nissan Z will take forever to be available in todays time. The supra was nice but I couldn’t get comfortable inside and visibility was piss poor. It’s not about the price to me, it’s about the feel and the fun. I didn’t want to have to spend 20,000 and sacrifice a factory warranty getting it up to spec when I could just buy something that needs no tinkering. Do better Subaru…. You’ve got the parts available to make this car incredible.

You can still get the subtitles, just choose chinese captions then head over to auto-translate and choose english
[In 2021 there's an incredibly simple option, click the letter "c" on your keyboard - that's all you need to do to see "vroom vroom" in caption form], and that's literally been an option on most of UA-cam since 2011

for those of you wondering, the road is called "Rocky Point Road" just outside of Scappoose, Oregon. I grew up 20 minutes north of that road and drove it all the time. The ending shot were he makes a right with all the caution signs pointing left is a great lookout over Portland with Mt. Hood (a heckin volcano) in the background. Definitely worth a drive when it isn't cloudy (9 months of the year) Hit it up around 7-8pm from June-September! Definitely worth it:)
Been on that road many times on a sportbike. More fun going up than down though. ;)

@@hanashi1342 Skyline used to be a lot of fun, but it's risky with all the driveways and cyclists. So many other roads out there without so much traffic. Timber Rd is great and Scappoose Vernonia highway is awesome.
