I will always remember when Gates was asked by Congress how many H-1B visas the US should grant so tech workers from India can replace American tech workers. Bill's answer: "Unlimited." Actually both if health improves one don't have to born many children because they are sure of their child's mortality ( i heard stories from old peoples how some people had over 10 child and only 1 or 2 of them lived) If people are educated they get this information they are more aware about family planning and health related issue ( i also hear that from uneducated people that having many child is bad but they were not aware at that time how they can control it)

I would argue that debt has a greater impact than health. Correlation does not imply causation. Gates provides no reasoning as to WHY health would make a difference. I think this is the important question to ask.
Student loan debts has a positive correlation to folks wanting to have less children😌 No debt also has similar effect, as you realize you need to have good things for your family and yourself.😌

I would argue that debt has a greater impact than health. Correlation does not imply causation. Gates provides no reasoning as to WHY health would make a difference. I think this is the important question to ask.
