The Emilia Tank Top is a great summer crochet project that features a square neckline and lightly flared peplum hem. This is a super easy crochet pattern that's worked from the top down so you can easily alter the length to create a crop top, normal length top or a longer tunic style top!

Hi Ella, you could easily make this project into a dress. Just increase for a few rounds and then continue to crochet until you reach your desired length! Grace :)

Hi Kassie, for this project you should be ok :) Even though its a DK yarn, its quite thick for a DK. Just make sure to swatch and check if you meet gauge. If not you might want to change your hook size.

I don't have a size 7 hook what would be the equal to it in US terms.?
Hi, a size 7 crochet hook = 4.5mm size hook. There isn't an equivalent crochet hook under the 'letter' system. This hook size is in between a 'G' and a 'H' hook but I know you can get 4.5mm crochet hooks in the US :)

Hi Dorothy, I'd recommend using a DK/Light(3) weight yarn - I think Mandala is the right weight :) Just make sure to check your gauge!
