    What's up family. I am encouraging everyone, who see this message, to continue or start taking their health seriously. Too many people are FUCKING around with their health and think this is a game. I want every member of RFN to chime in and tell me what you are doing to stay in physical shape. People are dropping like flies from health complications, and I am not a happy camper when I see riders being out of shape. That's a NO NO!
