I always read digitally or from the library, then if I want to reread a book I will buy it. That way I never regret buying a book or feel like I wasted money on a book I didn't like.

Oh I absolutely love your journaling. Your Legends and Lattes section captures the vibe of the book. The Love Con is one of the few romances I've enjoyed. There's definitely some books from 2020-2023 that I purchased and didn't gel with, all of which ended up at my local free little library. It's not ideal but at least there is a possibility of a book I didn't like finding a new home.

Obsessed with your creativity! I keep trying to start a creative journal and then overwhelm myself and have spread commitment issues. Yours came out SO NICE THOUGH. It's making me really want to try this year.

@@CatInMac Yes! I got so many ideas binging your videos! I think I'll try a disc bound system so there's less fear of permanency and I can move things around. I was trying digital planning out last year, but I miss the tactileness of paper and funnily enough, not having a permanent record of things stressed me out lol.
@@TheFairytaleLifestyle Ooo good idea, that sounds great! I'm slowly getting into digital planning for my day-to-day tasks, but similar to you, its something about good old fashion pen and paper lol
I saw on other reading journal videos where people would put a piece of tissue paper between the black pages to keep them from smudging. Maybe that would help. But they still look good.

I haven't gone any further into the comments but maybe applying matte mod podge and leaving it to dry open would keep the colour from transferring. I know this is an older video but maybe it can help you in the future😊
