Alright, finally I'm presenting my enhanced version of Sonera for Synthesia. This took really long, over a year... I know, many of you are waiting for the files to be released. In the meantime, I was trying to constantly improve and tweak things a bit in order to make it sound better and/or closer to the original piece. I improved several parts of it, added more dynamics to the bass voice, added some rudimentary percussion. I could still add some improvements, but since I have too few free time for this, it would take even longer to implement them. And finally, I've reached the point at which I start feeling quite satisfied with the current version of the piece, and this took me - well, as stated above...
The other problem, and the reason I haven't added the files to this video, is the fact that the notation file is still kind of a mess. 1 colour = 1 notation line, so some of the voices switch lines, and sometimes a line contains more than one voice (or instrumental part of the original piece). So, considering all six separate lines, each one with its specific volume settings, it would take quite some time to get the instruments into separate lines and redo all the stuff...
So here's the deal: I'll try to make this within the next weeks, if I'll find enough spare time. If not, I'm just gonna give you the files in their current state. They already contain everything, just mixed up a bit.
Oh yeah, and btw: I think, this version sounds better with headphones ;)
