Were do you get your Parchment paper from because all I can find is the fake kind?

You would have a much easier time if your work surface was heavier so it didn't move around so much when you are trimming the edges. I recommend Rex's youtube channel for cheap workbench designs.

I have heavier workbench options, they just don't also have my camera setup near them. I am a fan of Rex's.
