Sure. I do understand what you mean 😉 I know that long range zoom isn't good. To be honest I'm not even using long range zoom. I'll also try what you have mentioned 😉
Good comparison... it's a shame that even trying to explain your argument in favor of the S24 Ultra, when seeing the photos side by side it's difficult to justify such a small evolution... in fact almost a devolution for some.
If I apply image smoothing with the Camera Assistant, it looks almost the same, and with even more details than the S24 Ultra, which necessarily removes a lot of details when forcing this smoothing, to remove noise. I think Samsung's approach sucks... it needs to change the base processing, so as not to have to remove so many details, applying smoothing afterwards, as is currently done.
I hope the S25 Ultra isn't a disappointment either.
Personally I do prefer this less sharpening on S24U. Of course it's just mine opinion but I definitely do prefer. What's more don't treat this video as 100% representation of what both cameras can capture. Here on this video some details are definitely lost while creating this video in Da Vinci Resolve and by uploading this video on UA-cam. I will probably share raw photos taken with both cameras and anyone interested can download these photos on their devices and compare them side by side. There are much more details on photos straight from the camera then on these video comparison. You can see the difference especially when you watch these photos on a big high resolution tv or computer mo it or with high resolution. Photos taken with S23U are full of artifacts. There are a lot of them. It's sharpening effect that I just hate. However S24U doesn't have these artifacts. You can see small stones on the ground. On S24U it's not possible.

No deny about that. Some people prefer that over sharpening effect and more cool tones. I personally prefer warmer tones and less sharpening 😉
He prefers a smoothed photo, in post-processing, like Samsung does on the S24 Ultra, removing a lot of details and noise... and to disguise this, they use some tricks like applying contrast, or putting a magenta filter, or reducing the exposure. (to make the photo more appealing)... lol

Bro, the 30x was clearly better on the S23Ultra. Again , great comparison , but the personal biases really make this hard to watch. The image in front of you tells a completely different story.😅
What he says during various parts of the video doesn't correspond to what's being shown in the comparison... I've never seen it so obvious and recurrent on UA-cam... but for me, if someone mutes the audio, it's one of the best comparisons for someone to remove all doubts about the quality of photos compared between the S23 Ultra and the S24 Ultra. I'll save it here among the best... 😂

It's not personal biases. It's personal preference. And I mentioned about that 😉 I have both phones. Both bought with my own money. For last year I used S23U and this year I bought S24U for myself and S23U is used by my wife. I prefer photos taken with S24U I mentioned why I do prefere. It's just personal preference. Less sharpening, more warmer tones and more accurate colors, much better videos produced with S24U, ability to switch between lenses while recording 4K60 videos, much better quality pictures from 1 to 10x and pretty good photos from longer zooms. Sometimes photos taken with S24U in long range zoom is comparable with photos taken with S23U. But also sometimes they are worse. I also mentioned about that. But it's just personal preference. However I'll also add to the description original photos and everyone could be able to compare bare photos. Believe me there is still a difference from results in this comparison and from original photos. Everyone can be able to compare these photos and decide which photos are better. For me S24U wins without any doubts.
