Just remembered. That would have been an Aunt who bumped into my mother whilst she was out shopping with her new baby. That would have been two and six coins she gave and in 1968 you get do a bit of shopping with two and six. It was tradition around there to greet baby with coins from purse. All the ladies did it.

I love these car rides. My the UK is Beautiful and green. I remember years ago on holiday thinking how green everything was. Lush!

Yes, I noticed a couple of the sparkly things the other day. It not strange. People like to sparkle in the evenings when they on holiday and have some suntan. I remember years ago visiting my friend, Jackie. She was about to fly off to Marbella and had two floor length sequined dresses out ready to pack. She told me when she got back that she had not let the side down. Whatever they was supposed to mean.
