SIGMA 3 Survival School is one of the largest survival and bushcraft training organizations in the world. With over a decade in operation, and instructors on six continents, we have trained more survival instructors than anyone else in the world. All the information provided in these videos is from full time survival instructors with decades of experience. THIS IS ALL WE DO!
Our goal is teach you how to live off the land, with minimal tools and in relative comfort. We have designed a comprehensive 3 Part Survival Training System that will teach you everything you need to know in a relatively short amount of time, about how to provide for your basic survival priorities which include: shelter, water, fire, food, tools, medical, navigation/comms, & security.
We place a heavy emphasis on primitive skills and being able to reproduce your basic needs with minimal amounts of equipment and a heavy reliance on your wits and fortitude. Our goal is to teach you to be able to survive in almost any climate, with nothing more than your knife and maybe a few simple hand tools. If you’re interested in training or survival gear. I do love the settler's wrench it's absolutely great. I've even made a decent dining table at our camp. It does make quick work of rustic woodcraft with a good hatchet and mallet.
Never saw this too before, awesome video!!
Glad you guys are back making videos! I made a bow after watching you videos some years ago and always recommend this channel to fellow outdoors men! Thank you for the great content
thanks for the support. We are back to video making full time again now.
Amazing video.I see another great series. Welcome back.We need to learn wonderful things.
Awesome, I'm going to have to get one of those wrenches.
They are well worth the money and much better than scotch eye augers
Nice one
Great video. Given the current situation our country is in, I'd love to see more videos on procuring food and shelter. I know you guys have put these types of videos out in the past, but I think some fresh ones would be awesome. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to the next one
we will be doing an entirely new trappers bible series very soon.
@@sigma3survivalschool that's awesome. Looking forward to it. Keep up the good work
Hi Sigma 3. Have you guys improved your all night camp fire? I remember you guys had one last for almost 5 days. Have you made it last longer with the same amount of fuel? Have you made it any easier to do? That video was the one that got me to subscribe years ago.
We plan to redo almost all our old videos with better camera and editing work. I’ll see about adding that to the list
How about making a semi-permanent raised bed. Something with rope frame like the settlers had.
rope is such a precious commodity in the bush. I personally believe using it on something so superfluous would be a waste of assets. Its way to easy to build a bed from other materials available in the area.
We are however going to make a lounge chair out of River cane on a loom. That’s the next video. And it uses a fair amount of cordage
What angle do you recommend for your legs? I’m thinking somewhere between 15 & 20 degrees
How about making an eye glasses case?
Wooooooooow holy Shit!!!!!
Good to see you again!!!!!
Hope all is well in these shitty times brother!!!
Still rocking my sigmora!!!
Hope all that BS worked itself out it’s awesome to see a vid from you again man!
I hope 2021 rocks for you my friend!
we are back to video making full time. Just trying to get into the swing of it again.
What was the tomahawk looking axe that Will was using?
Its our new SIGMA 3 designed tomahawk that will be available soon. Perfect sized for bushcrafters and belt carry.
@@sigma3survivalschool i live the blase design verses a traditional tomahawk
do a no tool bench build.
As in absolutely no tools at all? Because if you have zero tools, you might have bigger priorities than a bench lol
@@sigma3survivalschool ok we'll just a knife then and fire then.
@@sigma3survivalschool That wrench is 63$ not everyone can afford that.
Great chair but I can't believe when you were cutting off the legs coming through that you were sawing toward your hand instead of away
I don’t disagree. But sometimes I’m distracting Will with changing angles for lighting and often times the whole video shoot is a distraction from things. Not something he would normally do.
I noticed that also. It creeped me out. Maybe that's because I just sliced my thumb with my saw that I was using to do some final cuts on the bushcraft chair I was making while Rob Allen was sitting on it. That was at the advanced survival standard class last fall. It was 100% my fault.
settlers wrench sux, its only for soft woods. shoulda go your self something heavy duty. like one from blackraven.
Where can you get a settler's wrench?
they are hard to find at the moment. i picked mine up at Battle Box
@@sigma3survivalschool Is it made by Lord and Field?
@@sigma3survivalschool Thank you
Wedges? You mean gluts! Other than that good video.
semantics :)
