Neat Video v4: Dust and Scratches Filter

This tutorial illustrates and explains use of the Dust and Scraches feature of Neat Video v4.
The Dust and Scraches filter is designed to reduce or fully remove certain defects of analog nature introduced into video data before or during its conversion to the digital representation.
The tutorial uses Neat Video v4 in After Effects but all the points are exactly the same in other versions of Neat Video (for other host applications such as Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Fusion, Nuke, Sony Vegas, Pinnacle Studio, VirtualDub, etc.).
