Good day! Today, we're going to make another detailed video tutorial for a Bibingkoy kakanin delicacy that is nicely paired with a delicious bean filling and a toasted coconut-y topping. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1 pack or 1/2 kilo glutinous rice flour
4 cups or 1 liter coconut milk
1 cup or 182 g sugar
1 tbsp. ube flavoring (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
For the Filling:
1 1/2 cups or 250 g monggo
3/4 cup or 150 g brown sugar
1 cup or 240 ml coconut cream
4 cups or 1 liter water
For the Toppings:
1 1/2 cups or 360 ml coconut cream
3/4 cup or 222 g condensed milk

Nagtry akong magluto kahapon and it is indeed very yummy sakto lng sa tamis.. Pwede kaya g haluan ng second piga ung toppings kc masyadong mamantika pag pure cream tumutulo ung langis nya
