Hello! Today, we will show you how to cook another sweet and tasty delicacy which originated from Cavite. The procedure of making Bibingkoy is very easy, since we will use the most common cooking equipment that everyone have at home. Let's start!
Ingredients:
500 g glutinous flour
1 3/4 cups water
For filling:
1/4 kilo red beans
1/2 cup brown sugar
slurry (1 tbsp. cornstarch + 1 tbsp. water)
For the sauce:
1 cup white sugar
1/2 kilo sago pearls
2 1/2 cups coconut cream
1 cup water
1 cup jackfruit
For bilo-bilo:
50 grams glutinous flour
1/8 cup + 1 tbsp. water
