If you don't plan to do anything other than have the collector point straight ahead, you can use a fixed hardpoint to cut out the material need for a cradle and turntable.
I saw some kind of tricky setup with 2 lasers and one ore collector on the same turret. It would be great to watch your guide about assembling this thing.
Sadly not yet. For now you will still have to right click and delete any unwanted ores after they’re collected. I’d love to have an ore filter attachment though! Or a “delete all of this type” option.
Love your videos man, the short tutorial format is the best.

How to connect it without the turn table?
@@antonstezhkin5991 the fixed mount connects to a device hard point.

Just wanted to say that the ore collector doesn't drain battery power unless it is actually pulling in ore. So I just always have it on.
😮
Thanks for the tutorial, a tutorial on the Robotic arms would be nice :)
why u said ore detector within 10 seconds but video says ore collector..
Very interesting indeed! Thanks Spunie. Keep up the good work.
Please sir make a video for automatic mining lasers
is it possible to somehow make the collector not collect ceartain materials like ice? or to automatically eject them as soon as they are picked up?

Another great guide! Thanks for taking the time to make these. Any chance you could build an approach script guide?
Definitely!
