I really like You put scratching and tapping in separate parts of the video!! This way I dont have to skip the tapping parts all the time and can just fully relax and focus on scratching parts 😊😊

My hypothesis is that part of the reason this stuff is so relaxing is that the highly tactile sounds kinda force your brain to imagine the source of the sound. Like when she scratches a sponge with the knife, I can vividly imagine the way it would feel to do it myself. This basically silences your mind (which is relaxing), since you're constantly visualizing the source of the hyper-tactile sounds.
I have fallen asleep so many times while watching/listening to these videos. I enjoyed the mic pulling and 3 hour ones to be exact. Guess I'll keep myself well rested with this. (yes I have a hard time falling asleep.)
