Love it sirji, I was going through this situation as my colleagues as getting Appraisals but not becoz they said I am not giving extra hours of work. Becoz of that I also started to come home late and after month and two started to feel very tired and unmotivated to do anything. You helped me I am grateful 🙏

Problem is, even when peoplee achieve money, status, work life balance, love etc, they waste their life on drinking, gambling etc. Such is the influence of media, and those who go to gym etc are seen with bad eyes.

Good video sir👍👍.....but how to make up mind to "say no" to colleagues and seniors who strongly feel that they "own our pers time too". Many jobs are such where there is no concept of pers time, even if a person is out of race.
Very true and relatable. Used to pursue my hobby in spite of being in IT. See people working odd hours and weekend out of insecurity. Travel is escape from real life stress. Travel as frequent as once every 3 months .Pathetic life style who wants to go to some other place to enjoy as his day to day job is living hell. Sick culture
