This 3 minute video shows the context, background and working examples of compost heat recovery innovation pioneered by Agrilab Technologies and CompostPower.org
Great video - I'm looking at installing compost heating for my greenhouses. Currently heat with a wood boiler but when I cut trees the branches are always waste - I could chip them and use that for heat too!!!!!! all uses the same piping!
Oh, petroleum did log the wood, truck the wood, saw mill then chip the wood, then delivery, then on site management.. so petroleum energy step of the way, and the tubing is plastic petroleum products... so much for green
Jean pain, a pioneer in this field of work not only developed and refined these compost heating systems but also ran all his farm machinery with bio methane produced in a biodigester fed with manure and food scraps. As they say, the light bulb inventor worked by candle light, the typewriter inventor wrote down his ideas using a pen.

Excellent!
what happens to the smell of compost during this proccess?
genious
any chance make electrsity collecting heat somehow?
That would be way too inefficient.
There is not enough heat. You need steam pressure to make electricity, so that means you need boiling hot temperature.
@@zoltanlakatos6623 ok.
@@anttumurikka8728 jean pain has done it i think, check the videos on yt
Yes you can use a Stirling engine
mais on préfère la fracturation hydraulique c’est malheureux !!
a step in the right directing or should i say left lol
من که نفهمیدم چی شد!!!!
