Ingredients:
15 corn tortillas
Oil
Cheese
5 Roma tomatoes
Jalapeños or Serrano peppers, (I’m using 2)
Chile árbol, (I’m using 6)
1/4-1/2 cup water
1/4 onion, sliced into moons
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp whole cumin
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt
1 serving of love 💕

Please make a cookbook!!! I've tried many of your recipes and they've never failed they're all so bomb! You'll benefit a lot from your cookbook, and vise versa!!! @@gmfitzg Saying Mexican food is not meant to be healthy is quite a generalization. It's like saying American food is unhealthy because cheese burgers and Mac 'n Cheese are typical foods. Try branching out and eat the various/regional Mexican foods and you might be surprised at how healthy it is. Cheers! Every cuisine has fatty, decadent dishes....

I've never tried them with the egg on the side...I mix the eggs into the tortillas...I garnish with onions, queso cotija and crema...these look delisiosos!!

I just got back from Mexico City and had chilaquiles for breakfast several times at respectable restaurants in the historic center and absolutely none of them were as delicious as yours look. I'm bookmarking this.
