Tip: add Chile árbol to make them more spicy!
Ingredients:
20 corn tortillas
12 New Mexico or guajillo Chile pods
1 roma tomato
1 garlic clove
1/2 white onion;sliced
2 tsp salt
Your favorite Melting cheese
Oil for frying
1 serving of love 💕

Im late but mexicans tend to use “mozella” cooking oil. Im guessing it is this one
I made this recipe for dinner last night. Let me tell you! I loved them! Instead of salt for the sauce I used chicken bouillon and I didn't add melting cheese to the dish, I added requesón cheese. 10/10 recommend!

Also in the oven! Just cover them with a light spraying of Pam since it has 0 calories and wala. I've made tostadas like that when I run out of the store bought ones
@@chilad6012 Pam doesn't have 0 calories, that's just a nutrition law loophole where if it's below a certain amount per serving, they can just write 0, but if you spray a lot, it will add up
