Holy shit, in another video I heard the Hyundai pop like that while shifting down and I thought that the sound had to come from somewhere else. This is just great

@@DenGuleBalje Hillclimb is great aswell but it's mostly just one track layout per event, contrary to rallying which can contain multiple different stages in 1 event which drags onto multiple days.
@@nibv6996 Sure, the tracks are more varied, but the cars are not.
@@DenGuleBalje i'm not defending anybody btw as I love both motosports a lot, but yeah they both have pros and cons to them, the cars are just more exciting in hillclimb, the level of competition and the stages are more exciting in rallying in my personal opinion

Great, now let's bring back backfire flames to the mix
They do backfire sometimes. The Fiesta Wrc did that last year and I expect that we will see some flames when that Hyundai drives in the darkness. Edit: I literally saw a video of the 2 day 1 stages right after writing that comment and yup both cars spit flames.

Last year's Msport liveries were pretty boring so I'm happy to see that they've come back with the nicest looking car of the field this year in my opinion.

It isn't old spec, i20 have a new diffuser.. But i don't know why they doesn't have central exhaust..

what happend with the center exahust in the hyundai?
Either they dont have it ready yet, or it restricts the engine or they wanted to reduce downforce at the rear for the rally. No one knows for sure.

Sad for Citroën wrc. No private team to use it.... Loeb won a CHAMPIONSHIP with a semi-private team. And in the 2000 2008 era lot of great drivers used to race with private wrcs. Gigi galli, toni gardemeister, manfred stohl, even petter solberg.

Nice question. They were all with the new shaped diffuser (it is curved on both left and right final part, last year it was squared), but for some reasons they still opted for the old exhaust. Loeb's i20 was a new chassis, while Neuville and Tanak had cars used only at two events in 2019

去年よりワークスチームのゼッケンが見易くて個人的には嬉しい限り〜去年は本当にゼッケンがステージで見辛く本当に困ったからね〜💭😅
セバスチャン・ローブの絶対王者も天才貴公子のヌービルも語って居た==モンテカルロでの勝敗の優劣はラリーカーやドライヴァのでは無く(タイヤのチョイスで決まると)
個人的に此の方達が語る解説には説得力有るし大雑把に言えば全ての条件が加味された複合ステージだって事だ〜！！
ターマックも有りグラベルも有るし雪も有りアイスバーンも有るその上にウェットなステージも有る。
其れがワンステージの全て加味されて居る〜厳しいのはステージを走行する度に状況が変わり１つとして同じステージで同じ状況が無い〜泥や枯葉砂利と言う予想外の事が起こりステージが一変する〜当然ドライヴァーはコドライヴァのの指示でベストラインを変えざる負え無いが更に現状での状況で変更を余儀無くされた上でベストラインをチョイスしなくてはならない。

@Laitsu As impressive as it is, the IDR was more of a publicity stunt and an R&D exercise than an actual race car. Audi has been dipping their toes into Formula E but the program is tiny compared to what the LeMans program cost. Volkswagen still builds spec R5 rally cars, they just dumped all of the big dollar factory teams like the RC1 class rally cars and the Audi LeMans program for cost savings in the wake of the dieselgate stuff. I find it really disappointing, and I want as many manufacturers as possible investing in WRC because it's my favourite motorsport.

Rally cars have lost that old school sound to them .... all engines pretty much sound the same , not as exciting as the McRae days . Fir me rally has lost its soul .
