    Hi, thank you for providing the demo in so much effective way...I am using everything exactly the same but the led is on even if there is Light in the room. and when I am providing light from my cell phone or when I am taking it to the direct sun then only it is switching off... please suggest how this can be fixed.

    Hi, I did the same as you, only I put a 1m 5V LED strip and it works great. The problem is that the LED strip shines poorly, when I power it directly via the battery, it shines much brighter. What should I change to get a brighter light? greeting

      Check with 7.4k resistance instead of 10k resistance

      Battery = 3.5v . Bc547 = Vce= 0.7v =>>>> Vled = 2.8v low light
