Kundalini is very specific. It doesn’t apply to all yoga practices. You don’t have to do sun salutations or kundalini. You’re supposed to make it your own practice. Or mix it all up and it’s no longer a ‘prayer’

If you’re a true follower of Christ and have the Holly spirit dwelling inside of you, why would you be afraid of stretches that help you care for your physical body? If that’s the intent you have, to care your body, all the while you know who you are and whom you belong, then no demons have any authority in your life regardless of whether your stretching on the floor or standing up straight. Intention matters and my experience is that if a type of workout causes demons to enter you, then your faith may need some improving. Now if you make yoga your god, or food, or status, or anything in life your god besides God himself, then that’s sin like anything else. I say this because sometimes as believers I think we’re too scared of physical things defining us when in reality if your spirit belongs to him, nothing in the body is going to separate that, unless your identity is up for debate to begin w. It also says that God looks upon the heart not upon the outside like the world does. If you’re a true follower of Christ and have the Holly spirit dwelling inside of you, why would you be afraid of stretches that help you care for your physical body? If that’s the intent you have, to care your body, all the while you know who you are and whom you belong, then no demons have any authority in your life regardless of whether your stretching on the floor or standing up straight. Intention matters and my experience is that if a type of workout causes demons to enter you, then your faith may need some improving. Now if you make yoga your god, or food, or status, or anything in life your god besides God himself, then that’s sin like anything else. I say this because sometimes as believers I think we’re too scared of physical things defining us when in reality if your spirit belongs to him, nothing in the body is going to separate that, unless your identity is up for debate to begin w.
