And then my follow up is, if I do go to the hospital as most Christians seem to follow this one world religion of science closer that the Holy Bible...do I need to be thinking fallen angels/principalities are going to see me following them as their false god and attack me like in yoga or am I free to go to the hospital if there isn't a 5f/elder available for me to call?
In 2018 I started doing yoga in rehab,I fell in love with it, it helped me get in shape and have great posture it was just nice telling people that I did yoga. Then I got to the intermediate level and there was a 45 minute meditation and my SPIRIT felt veryyyy uncomfortable. And also the director wanted us to do the thumb to first finger with palms up. I already knew that was the 666 symbol and was convicted that there was something deeply wrong with what my body was doing and felt my spirit greatly agitated. This video is 100 percent truth! My Christian aunt did yoga with meditation and had a vision of her front door opening and a dark spirit coming in and flying with alarming speed through her house and out the back door. She awoke with a jump and was shaking. She said it was a clear warning from God that this was opening the door for demons to enter her and home. She loves working out and stays far away from yoga, and warns others about her experience too.

Yoga is a religious practice, how and why anyone would incorporate that into their lives if they're not Hindu is beyond me. It's Ok to exercise and do certain similar poses and positions to that of yoga, but following yoga rules, repeating the chantings or considering a yogi/guru a guide will definitely lead you astray. I completely agree with this. Before I became Christian, I was Wiccan, and God set me free from divination. So, there are A LOT of things Christians do that I CANNOT do because of what God freed me from. I began working at a spa, and immediately quit when I learned that new services we offered were yoga, reiki, tuning forks, sound/singing bowls, etc; and I was like, "Nope!!! I'm gone"

Tell us more about your experience so that I can share it in my church. I’m Indian and I don’t do yoga. I think I went to a class or two of basic stretching yoga classes but I got sick both times and I stopped.
I’m a Christian who does Yoga. It is simply stretching to me. Things are what your intentions are behind it. If an instructor says to meditate or something about higher power I am ALWAYS praying to Jesus and being grateful for my health and life. At no point am I thinking of any bad - I literally feel joyful and at peace with Gods comfort during class. Poses are stretches and improvement to my mind and body through Christ. Never am I worshiping entities or demons.

Not only yoga, but summoning games even for children or some bracelets and other things that are worn around the arm or head, which seem to help, And much more. I have been doing Yoga for 25 years . I am 64 years old and I don't have health problems. I attend church every Sunday and never once I have any negative feelings. Anyway, Hindus didn't go around invading other countries. We all knew who invaded India, Africa and the Americas. Who killed millions and enslaved millions. After an abdominal operation that had confined me to bed for a long time, i had terrible back pain; so started doing yoga and the pain disappeared completely. I was so happy that continued to practice yoga in its simplest version: just a few postures without meditations. Only later i discovered what this discipline really is, and obviously i stopped. I'm sure the majority don't know the truth but there are even versions called "christian yoga", and this should make you suspicious, but few think about it. When i try to warn friends they laugh at me and refuse to listen or elaborate on the subject themselves. So it is important to keep talking about it through videos, posts, social networks, and wherever this warning can be shared.

This is an excellent explanation. I was huge yoga buff for years. Loved it. I have a lot of injuries and the poses really helped work them out. But then I’d get little messages about how it’s a front to God. I didn’t necessarily believe it but any message like that, I do begin questioning and digging. We live in a fallen world. We are constantly surrounded by evil, so much so, that we are often desensitized to it.
Amen! I used to do yoga to help calm me down when I had anxiety. But looking back, it probably made it worse. I've had to do some self deliverance from evil spirits/demons. I've definitely had something leave me once, and I think twice. Thank You Jesus for delivering me! Before starting practice one needs to know they are certain wavelength frequencies that need to be generated while doing this so as to stablize the energy frequencies with in the body. If those precaurtions dosen't taken. The energies generated during the practice completly destroyes the body. Because, yoga is neither excersise nor streaching of the body for physical fitness. It is completly different. Meditation calms the mind but, to practice yoga one should have a calm mind and concentration so at to stabilize various energy chakras in order evolve as a highest being so as to merge with the ultimate divinity by inviting the power in oneself. one should have a right mentor while practicing it. Sad reality is that they are many mentors without right knowledge of it just for earning money. That made to think it as demonic because of unstable energies that one could not handle as a learner. There is a lot in it. But, u are misguided . The people call it satan or demonic because they themselves couldn't identify what exactly happening to their bodies. The spirits, -ve,+ve energies around oneself can be predicted by a person who practices it correctly.
There is no word in the Bible that says you are not allowed to do yoga. The Bible even tells you to be physically fit. If you approach Yoga with that mentality, that’s all that matters. Doing these yoga poses has kept my body, young and healthy and resilient, because God led me to that. He’s got didn’t want me to do it he wouldn’t allow me to do it, or he would convict me and many others who just approach it from a fitness angle.
If you're into fitness and stretching.. try pilates. Do stretching classes also.. I never felt yoga sculpts the body that much anyway. Do weights, or body weight exercises, pilates, bootcamps. Try some stretching classes on youtube
@@mdance445 disagree. My body is chiseled to the max. I am a genetic freak, all natural. However, I do not do yoga as much as I used to so you are kind of right. I still find benefit in yoga, but I do not prioritize it nearly as much as I used to.
if you really are open to being corrected i would recommend looking into the origins of yoga. it originated in India, it is heavily pushed and practiced in hinduism. there’s a reason for that. they open up their bodies with certain positions in order to open “energy centers” so they could please their false gods. it’s pagan and borderline demonic. the root is pagan. there are so many stretches you could be doing. but why do something that has been linked with false god worship, demonic manifestations, and crystals/witchcraft. why do it? in my eyes i wouldn’t want to do anything that is associated with those abominations. scripture says ‘my people suffer for lack of knowledge’ Hosea 4:6. @@kylethedalek - it depends on what you're meditating on. If you're chanting yoga mantras and doing yoga stretches, I believe this can invoke evil spirits. Meditating itself is not evil as the Holy Bible talks of meditating of God's Word, nor is stretching itself evil. We must use our spiritual discernment, through the Holy Spirit, to know what is good and what is evil. If you're not sure about something, pray about it and He will answer you. Same! In my country yoga is offered as a FREE class in fitness centers so members are most likely have tried it once or more. Many of them become so fanatic and even dependent on it. Some of my friends even can't sleep well at night if they don't do yoga that day. So they MUST do it every single day

I told my son when he was five not to practice yoga in school or anywhere else. Tell them to call your mom if they have a problem with it. Thank you for explaining why as a Christian, we shouldn't be involved with yoga. I have asked this question SOOO many times on what it is ab yoga that makes it not okay and no one has answered me. So thank you. And it makes total and complete sense. I mean most places that promote yoga classes, also have other things you can purchase that's not okay or of God. For example, pretty much EVERY yoga studio I have seen or looked up around the area of Florida I live, also has things like, get a free reading, a chakra cleanse, & half off of crystals when you buy 5 or more yoga classes.
Too bad that you have had exposure to only the fake, commercialised and repackaged form of 'yoga', which actually is an insult to the real thing! The west has taken spiritual concepts from the east and totally ruined their meaning, shape and form. The yoga that you practice in the west is twisted out of shape by the west itself. @@SeKretMarieI mean, I wish that were true. I've actually experienced the opposite though. I did hot yoga once and left feeling extremely anxious. When I got in the car and asked Holy Spirit, He whispered repentance to my heart. I did and His peace filled me. I won't ever do it again. I'm in my 40's, yoga was never mentioned until about 10 or so years ago. When I was in my 20's, we just stretched, that's it. We can all get back to that. I live in Southeast Asia and I assure you that they don't separate it. And anyone who becomes a Christian will tell you that they feel convicted to repent and renounce doing yoga. There is no separation. Deuteronomy 12 is also clear. We don't worship God in the same way that other gods are worshiped and that's God speaking and He says it 2x...it's very clear. We don't do it.

I only do the stretching I do Not practice anything else with yoga. The stretching loses up my hips and thighs from my running years. My brain is praying to God and talking to God when I stretch too. Because I’m thankful I don’t have any bodily injuries.
When you kneel down and place your palms together, everything and everybody knows you are praying. When a toddler lifts up his hands towards his mum, the whole world knows he wants to be picked up. When you do yoga positions, even the demons know you are summoning them, and they answer.
Stretching takes care of the bodies God has given us! Nothing wrong with that. Just be mindful of the "spirituality" aspect and be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's caution.

Ooh boy, you guys are totally off on this. Patanjali is referring to the joining of the palms which helps to calm the snake. The snake here referring to your Vagus nerve. The vagus nerve, as people age, tends to easily get pinched or becomes over active due to stress, once it it takes alot of focus, stretching and breathing to calm it. A pinched vagus nerve can lead to many problems like breathing issues, digestive issues, hormonal problems, etc. Its two major nerves that control the two halfs of your body. The deities are just personified forces, elements etc. The original temples in India were teaching hubs and so personifying things was the easiest way to explain what people could not see, hear and feel. Chanting AUM, vibrates the two vagus nerves at your throat. Even in current modern science, we don't have too much knowledge on this. We are just now seeing vagus nerve stimulating devices which do the same thing as chanting AUM. I would imagine mental health is directly related to peoples vagus nerve issues. Things like marijuana put a mental strain on your brain, this in turn causes your vagus nerves to be over active. In 2018 I started doing yoga in rehab,I fell in love with it, it helped me get in shape and have great posture it was just nice telling people that I did yoga. Then I got to the intermediate level and there was a 45 minute meditation and my SPIRIT felt veryyyy uncomfortable. And also the director wanted us to do the thumb to first finger with palms up. I already knew that was the 666 symbol and was convicted that there was something deeply wrong with what my body was doing and felt my spirit greatly agitated. This video is 100 percent truth! I completely agree with this. Before I became Christian, I was Wiccan, and God set me free from divination. So, there are A LOT of things Christians do that I CANNOT do because of what God freed me from. I’m a Christian who does Yoga. It is simply stretching to me. Things are what your intentions are behind it. If an instructor says to meditate or something about higher power I am ALWAYS praying to Jesus and being grateful for my health and life. At no point am I thinking of any bad - I literally feel joyful and at peace with Gods comfort during class. Poses are stretches and improvement to my mind and body through Christ. Never am I worshiping entities or demons.

I have been doing Yoga for 25 years . I am 64 years old and I don't have health problems. I attend church every Sunday and never once I have any negative feelings. After an abdominal operation that had confined me to bed for a long time, i had terrible back pain; so started doing yoga and the pain disappeared completely. I was so happy that continued to practice yoga in its simplest version: just a few postures without meditations. Only later i discovered what this discipline really is, and obviously i stopped. I'm sure the majority don't know the truth but there are even versions called "christian yoga", and this should make you suspicious, but few think about it. When i try to warn friends they laugh at me and refuse to listen or elaborate on the subject themselves. So it is important to keep talking about it through videos, posts, social networks, and wherever this warning can be shared.
You cannot take something pagan and make it Christian. You cannot take Halloween and make it Christian.

I was huge yoga buff for years. Loved it. I have a lot of injuries and the poses really helped work them out. But then I’d get little messages about how it’s a front to God. I didn’t necessarily believe it but any message like that, I do begin questioning and digging.

Before starting practice one needs to know they are certain wavelength frequencies that need to be generated while doing this so as to stablize the energy frequencies with in the body.
If those precaurtions dosen't taken. The energies generated during the practice completly destroyes the body.

Doing these yoga poses has kept my body, young and healthy and resilient, because God led me to that. He’s got didn’t want me to do it he wouldn’t allow me to do it, or he would convict me and many others who just approach it from a fitness angle.
If you're into fitness and stretching.. try pilates. Do stretching classes also.. I never felt yoga sculpts the body that much anyway. Do weights, or body weight exercises, pilates, bootcamps. Try some stretching classes on youtube

if you really are open to being corrected i would recommend looking into the origins of yoga. it originated in India, it is heavily pushed and practiced in hinduism. there’s a reason for that. they open up their bodies with certain positions in order to open “energy centers” so they could please their false gods. it’s pagan and borderline demonic. the root is pagan. there are so many stretches you could be doing. but why do something that has been linked with false god worship, demonic manifestations, and crystals/witchcraft. why do it? in my eyes i wouldn’t want to do anything that is associated with those abominations. scripture says ‘my people suffer for lack of knowledge’ Hosea 4:6. Meditating itself is not evil as the Holy Bible talks of meditating of God's Word, nor is stretching itself evil. We must use our spiritual discernment, through the Holy Spirit, to know what is good and what is evil. If you're not sure about something, pray about it and He will answer you. Same! In my country yoga is offered as a FREE class in fitness centers so members are most likely have tried it once or more. Many of them become so fanatic and even dependent on it. Thank you for explaining why as a Christian, we shouldn't be involved with yoga. I have asked this question SOOO many times on what it is ab yoga that makes it not okay and no one has answered me. So thank you. And it makes total and complete sense. I mean most places that promote yoga classes, also have other things you can purchase that's not okay or of God. For example, pretty much EVERY yoga studio I have seen or looked up around the area of Florida I live, also has things like, get a free reading, a chakra cleanse, & half off of crystals when you buy 5 or more yoga classes.
Too bad that you have had exposure to only the fake, commercialised and repackaged form of 'yoga', which actually is an insult to the real thing! The west has taken spiritual concepts from the east and totally ruined their meaning, shape and form. The yoga that you practice in the west is twisted out of shape by the west itself. Don't blame 'yoga' for it, blame those who took away its whole essence just to fool people and make money off it! Do some deep, honest research, and please think for yourself. I took a yoga class once where I was the most advanced student without even doing yoga to speak of. Didn't love it.

When I got in the car and asked Holy Spirit, He whispered repentance to my heart. I did and His peace filled me. I won't ever do it again. I'm in my 40's, yoga was never mentioned until about 10 or so years ago. When I was in my 20's, we just stretched, that's it. We can all get back to that. I live in Southeast Asia and I assure you that they don't separate it. And anyone who becomes a Christian will tell you that they feel convicted to repent and renounce doing yoga. There is no separation. Deuteronomy 12 is also clear. We don't worship God in the same way that other gods are worshiped and that's God speaking and He says it 2x...it's very clear. We don't do it.

I only do the stretching I do Not practice anything else with yoga. The stretching loses up my hips and thighs from my running years. My brain is praying to God and talking to God when I stretch too. Because I’m thankful I don’t have any bodily injuries.
When you kneel down and place your palms together, everything and everybody knows you are praying. When a toddler lifts up his hands towards his mum, the whole world knows he wants to be picked up. When you do yoga positions, even the demons know you are summoning them, and they answer.
My hands and arms are reaching towards God not a demon. I have the full armor of God on me. And God protects me from demons and evil.
Stretching takes care of the bodies God has given us! Nothing wrong with that. Just be mindful of the "spirituality" aspect and be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's caution.

i agree. Stretching is a great thing to do for the body. just not according to a practice related to other deities. And meditation in yoga has nothing to do with meditating on God's word. Ridding your mind of everything, opens you up for the enemy to enter your thoughts.

Becket Cook once interviewed someone who's done research on yoga for her dissertation and she said that the first guru who opened the first yoga center in USA said that yoga is actually Hindu ritual but presented as health practices to gain American Christian-based societies' approval / acceptance.

thats because it is a spiritual practice that also has physical benefits to health. Anything in the bible that gives you a healthy practice? This has all been scientifically proven that it reduces stress and promotes healing. This is why I stopped going to any churches because of battle minded people who make things up to prop up their beliefs.

This is so true! I'm glad I got more insight on this because I came across a women's ministry page on Instagram and one of the videos shows a womans group at church doing yoga while a lady reads verses from the bible and preaches. I knew it didn't feel right in my spirit when I saw it!

Christianity adapting Pagan symbols and festivals or other things is not synonymous with summoning their deities. By practicing yoga, you are opening energy centers called chakra, each of which us under control of a certain spirit. What's there so hard to understand: spirits enter your body through chakras, which puts you in spiritual danger.

Yoga is a complete system, a style of exercise with specific postures, symbols, and beliefs. It’s an entire religon. Those who do the postures just for exercise can’t avoid the intention and purpose of the system. It’s a spiritual practice whether or not you intend to connect with demonic entities. Therefore, you must avoid it all together. You can exercise in a normal fashion without the yoga symbolism, postures, hand gestures, and beliefs.

Patanjali is credited w/ creating yoga. His likeness is the head/torso of a man on the lower body of a serpent. "Pata" means "fallen." All sources I've seen claim the etymology of "anjali" is unknown; however, it seems Patanjali is not a name but a description: Fallen angel.

Ooh boy, you guys are totally off on this. Patanjali is referring to the joining of the palms which helps to calm the snake. The snake here referring to your Vagus nerve. The vagus nerve, as people age, tends to easily get pinched or becomes over active due to stress, once it it takes alot of focus, stretching and breathing to calm it. A pinched vagus nerve can lead to many problems like breathing issues, digestive issues, hormonal problems, etc. Its two major nerves that control the two halfs of your body. The deities are just personified forces, elements etc. The original temples in India were teaching hubs and so personifying things was the easiest way to explain what people could not see, hear and feel. Chanting AUM, vibrates the two vagus nerves at your throat. Even in current modern science, we don't have too much knowledge on this. We are just now seeing vagus nerve stimulating devices which do the same thing as chanting AUM. I would imagine mental health is directly related to peoples vagus nerve issues. Things like marijuana put a mental strain on your brain, this in turn causes your vagus nerves to be over active. I see a correlation between legalization of marijuana and increase in mental health issues. But ancient Indian practices are not satanic, we only have God (Brahman, the supreme self) in our mind.
And I think people need to understand the common misconception here.
