    thats the problem, we are back to the same problem years back with ILPs, UTs, where fund managers "actively manage" and fees, then hide behind "guaranteed, non-guaranteed, market forces"
    ... lol u get the idea.

    Hi kelvin. Can you do a video on how the forex / crypto schemes work? There are so many people doing these and offering these and some are scams but others are good? Its a confusing area and it will help millions of people

    Is there a price target for tsla that you set in your mind as too expensive to DCA?

      @KelvinLearnsInvesting  2 роки тому +1

      Hmm, i am bad in predicting price. But for now i feel is a good company, so i just dca

    Is it true that payout is monthly? For example, invest 10k, get 400 per month? Would u recommend dca after deposit of minimum sum?

    • @KelvinLearnsInvesting
      @KelvinLearnsInvesting  2 роки тому +1

      the 4% means $400 per year. But the payout will be divided by 12 months. If you want to invest, can continue to DCA

    I enjoy your channel bcause i like to listen to the way Singaporeans speak. Very unique indeed. I have no idea what you are saying. Subtitles would be good.

      I make a mistake of engaging endowus fund manager and put in more than half a million and I have no finance knowledge n from March 2022 .. all portfolios are all red from bonds to fixed income to equities. Just 3 months
      guess I am too callous to trust the person from one coffee meeting .. I should have learn more from you before I embark on this investing journey .. so I am watching all your videos and learning from you .
      Please don’t recommend endowus platform .

      @@viviennelim4778 such funds needs to be held long term like 5-10 yrs. and better to average in periodically. But this kind of return is boring.

      @@viviennelim4778 The whole world markets are down. It's nothing to do with Endowus. If you're afraid of temporary drawdowns, don't invest at all. Just put them in FDs.

      I invested in schroder high yield asia bond funds in the past. In the 15 or do years in held it, it had never recovered to its par price. Yes. It paid out 4% per annum. But guess what, the price of the units will go down at least 4%. I sold it as 15 years in various market conditions is long enough for the fund to prove itself. Regret i even gave it that chance before selling it off. So no, long term holding something that is supposedly safer doesn't mean anything. Hope my past experience helps you. I now won't go near funds or unit trusts with a 10 foot pole. Half mil.... might as well buy your own wholesale bonds of very high rating if kiasi (like Temasek)
