The only way around that is the fact John Originally sent Kyle back to that time for some reason and then there is another time machine there to take him the rest of the way

the time has changed and the jugdement day is another....so the future comes another and so it is that Kyle can came back to another past. He wont remember that he was in ´84...just sarah and john...its like it was never happend coz the change in time

I do think kyle is a machine from the future but I think may be he not a terminator maybe he's something else.
