Ineos Grenadier Accessory Rail Installation

- We wanted to complement the Grenadier's offroad-centric interior with a clean, factory-looking Accessory Rail. One of the only major items lacking in the cockpit is a solid, high-quality accessory mount for phones, maps, iPads, Garmins, etc.
The Owl Accessory Rail is machined from billet material and is then anodized black or red. We designed the part in four sections to be mounted in a right or left-hand drive Grenadier. The rail mounts into existing holes in the dash, so no drilling is required. The glossy black factory trim simply pulls out, and the rail can be mounted in minutes.

Great product, I installed mine to support Wireless phone holder and also Wouxun KG-1000G Plus radio face plate. Super easy to install. one thing for the mic holder get one of the Universal Mobile Radio Microphone Hanger with 3M Adhesive Back, Owl should sell them as option for the kit, they are pretty cheep. Allows you put the mic on corner where there is not place for a 20mm ball.
Yes I want to hear more about the blue grab handle! I have the rear door handle and accessory rail in my cart. How can I get a handle prototype and I’ll send back feedback and/or photos!
Ordered one in red. As soon as I install it, I will post a review on line. BTW, this video is a great thing you guys do. Going to make my install very easy-no guessing. Thanks for that.

1) Keen to hear what the blue overhead accessory rail is?
2) How did the Rosen Visor install go? I have two universal visors (sized for Land Cruiser - 15”) wondering how the mount up works on the Ineos. Do you all plan to make a kit like you have for the Sprinter?
3) Also what CAN data reader/scanner do you have in the telltale area in front of the steering wheel?

The blue item will be a machined aluminum grab handle to replace the crappy flip-up ones. Rosen - We are working with Rosen to create a Grenadier-specific visor. The universal can work, but the new visor will cover a lot more of the gaps. The data scanner is just an OBD2 plug-in form Amazon. It works great but. I will say that the INEOS software does not play nice yet with OBD2 items plugged in. There are some bugs in their software that say you have a power steering fault but you don't.

Yeah generally sounds like the software has some development debt, but at least it’s software! Hopefully we can all start to plug in and perform updates and configuration changes ourselves someday soon, akin to ForSCAN, etc.

We haven’t done a video on the radio. It was a lot more work than anticipated and I have urge to take it all apart 😂
