Thanks for sharing these exercises to get rid of fat on the sides of the knee. It also helps to walk up hills backwards. I started doing that and saw some nice results within 3 weeks. It really worked my lower quads. Try to find a nice steep grass hill somewhere for this incase you fall over it won't hurt too bad :)

you don't need to lose all that in a day too . working hard will get you the result you aim for , You won't know if you don't try . It's possible . Don't lower people's hopes If you May . Thank you .
You may not be able to spot reduce fat, but you can target the muscles you want to tone up by working just those muscle groups. That's what this video is aimed at. She said at the beginning of the video that you should still do exercises to raise your heart rate (cardio) if you want to lose fat.

What about people w/ osteoarthritis? Had meniscus repair x2 and cannot squat at all.
Try deadlifts.. Or simple hip thrusts.. Or just do isolation workouts until you start to feel your area become stronger. Then work on the next. See a chiropractor also. Working out could end up damaging your injuries even more.

it's more than obvious that depending on the way people walk, their legs are shaped differently. For example, I have a favorite way to 'spring-walk', which tones my legs at specific parts more than at others. You EVENTUALLY will reduce fat around the knees, if you tone the right groups of leg muscles. That's exactly what I came here for, and she delivered!!! THANKS!!!! :)

You need to stick to the principles of weight loss as I mentioned, and only then will you slowly lose fat. However, fat loss is all over your body. You CANNOT reduce fat in a specific part of your body by doing exercises that target that body part. Fat does not work like muscles do.
If your hope is based on false information, you are going to be let down in the first place.

Thank you but they say if you have strong, built muscles or whatever you lose fat faster . is that right ? so if i did build muscles or strengthen them in a specific part of My body ,, doesn't that mean I'll lose fat in that part faster ? we have different opinions and I'm sorry if you feel like I'm being rude . I think You can because the knees will be moving a lot, and moving burns fat because of Friction I mean like between a surface and another one even if you can't notice that fast but it does make some kind of a change , and that's why the joints don't have as much fat as the other parts of the body . That's in my opinion . ^-^

You don't need to have a perfect body to know what your doing.. Im now 105kgs. Because I stopped looking after myself. But within a Pin drop I can easily get back into shape. I just don't want to lmao.. I also worked as a trainer for years. Your there to help other people.. Not yourself.
