I've been doing this workout for 2 years now (yes, you read this correctly, 2 YEARSSS) and it worked amazing for me. It made me skeptical at first because it's only a '5 minutes' workout but trust me, give yourself 2 weeks and it'll definitely change your thighs, making you feel more toned and fit! I didn't measure myself but i had muscles on my calves (not bulky ones i promise) overtime as i always do jumping jacks for a few minutes before doing this. Overall, i had leaner legs which is the objective of this workout ^^

There's a difference between children trying to loose extreme weight and look like models, and children who just wanna loose a bit weight to feel more comfortable. My little sister is 12, she's not fat or skinny, but her thighs are just a little on the bigger side, which is perfectly fine, but for HER to be happier with her body she wants to loose some weight around her thighs. So I help her with some fun exercises and healthier food, and there's nothing wrong with that. Not every kid in "society" is fucked up.. ;)

Compared to stick skinny girls it makes you feel like you have thick thigh's and I agree 100% society is ruining kids. Heyit's. Mahum No that's not true, women can't physically build a lot of muscle and since your doing this kind of workout it will tone your legs and burn the fat, your legs will slim down!

I do fitness and I keep my fitness level up but I had realy fat thighs. I watched this video and it realy does work. If you don't do little Athletics or swim4fitness or something along those lines then you should proberly stretch before attemting these exersises. But if you do this for a week you will see a massave improvment.
Day 4, I did see some results! Starting to see alittle thigh gap that I didn't have before. I did see some muscle but it's not that noticeable. I hope this helped for the people out there :)

This thigh workout is really excellent I did it for like six months and I saw alooot of difference n it also helped me with my cellulite which was a good thing but then I got a serious issue with my right leg while doing this I'm not sure if I did the workout wrong or weather too much of this workout was just too bad... I have a big insecurity about my thighs like whenever i see myself in a picture i just always think to my self "is that how i really look like?" It brothers me so much. I do exercise but know im going for this exercise method for 5 days. The exercise method i had before just didnt do anything ,like when ever i would lye down all the fat from my thighs would move down and when i would stand up all the fat would move down, so it would be resting on top of my knee! I'm not even kidding but I had decided to do this just ONCE in the past and holy crap, I got a little gap near my knees that I never had before so trust me when I say this workout has a lot of potential. I'm finally gonna get up and do this again! Best thigh workout in my opinion.

Zora after the first week it was about 2 or 3 cm smaller, I was doing it for two so there was quite a nice difference. Of course, everyone has different bodies and some may lose weight faster than others so results may differ. Personally I found this very effectivd

This is the only leg workout that actually sped up my heart a little and worked every muscle on my leg. I'll continue to do this for a couple of weeks and write my process here if anyone insterested.
I am going to start this workout tomorrow morning. I am going to do this workout two or three times a day every day this week as a test to see if there is a difference at all. If there is I will continue the exercise for a much longer period of time, I will keep this updated for anyone wanting to know if you really do get results.

I did this when I was on winter break, and kind of forgot to keep doing it once school started again. But yeah, I think I might want to keep doing it and get even better results. They are very slow results, so the more consistent you are about it, the faster you will see a difference. I would definitely recommend this. 👍

idk if this makes it easier for anyone else but I find it's actually more enjoyable to up these videos' speed to 1.5, mute them, then to keep in sync with the moves I see at that pace and let youtube continue to autoplay to different vids, all while playing my own music. I easily go through an hour of this without noticing.
you should make us stretch first. No exercise video does that and I ended up with really painful things for 5 days. The first day I could barely walk and it was so bad I couldn't climb the stairs to have my lunch. Guys make your legs straight and hold your toes before you do this, especially if you never exercise - you'll thank me, trust me.
Nanaesly Neon your legs are sore cos your body isnt used to doing these excercises, it has nothing to do with stretching. If u dont stretch before an excercise it might give u cramps only.

If you want to slim down your arms instead of lifting a lot of weight and doing less reps, you should lift lighter weight with more reps that will tone and slim down your arms.
i think thick thighs are incredibly cute!! though some people need to exercise their thighs for blood flow to keep healthy. make sure not to overwork yourself, start slow and be kind to your body!

This thigh workout is really excellent I did it for like six months and I saw alooot of difference n it also helped me with my cellulite which was a good thing but then I got a serious issue with my right leg while doing this I'm not sure if I did the workout wrong or weather too much of this workout was just too bad... But yes my thighs did slim down alot ❤

I have a big insecurity about my thighs like whenever i see myself in a picture i just always think to my self "is that how i really look like?" It brothers me so much. I do exercise but know im going for this exercise method for 5 days. The exercise method i had before just didnt do anything ,like when ever i would lye down all the fat from my thighs would move down and when i would stand up all the fat would move down, so it would be resting on top of my knee! yea I did, it actually worked then my laziness self came so I stopped doing it and my thighs looked like before lol
I'm not even kidding but I had decided to do this just ONCE in the past and holy crap, I got a little gap near my knees that I never had before so trust me when I say this workout has a lot of potential. I'm finally gonna get up and do this again! Best thigh workout in my opinion.

Zora after the first week it was about 2 or 3 cm smaller, I was doing it for two so there was quite a nice difference. Of course, everyone has different bodies and some may lose weight faster than others so results may differ. Personally I found this very effectivd

How long do you do it for in a day?
This is the only leg workout that actually sped up my heart a little and worked every muscle on my leg. I'll continue to do this for a couple of weeks and write my process here if anyone insterested.

I am going to start this workout tomorrow morning. I am going to do this workout two or three times a day every day this week as a test to see if there is a difference at all. If there is I will continue the exercise for a much longer period of time, I will keep this updated for anyone wanting to know if you really do get results.

@@1995PJM okay so basically... I did this two times a day for almost two weeks and I think there was about an inch of a difference. I did this when I was on winter break, and kind of forgot to keep doing it once school started again. But yeah, I think I might want to keep doing it and get even better results. They are very slow results, so the more consistent you are about it, the faster you will see a difference. I would definitely recommend this. 👍

Eat healthy everyday(fruit, vagatables and etc, don't eat too much bread, only one slice won't do anything and try to not eat after 6 p.m. After you eat your dinner do this exercises it really works i have been doing this for a week and my thigs are super thin now also you should run in the evening after doing this exercises you will see the result!

you should make us stretch first. No exercise video does that and I ended up with really painful things for 5 days. The first day I could barely walk and it was so bad I couldn't climb the stairs to have my lunch.
Guys make your legs straight and hold your toes before you do this, especially if you never exercise - you'll thank me, trust me.

Women don't build a lot of muscle it's almost impossible for women to build muscle but this workout burns fat in the inner thighs and the outside!
I'm 13 too :\ I have a similar problem. But people always tell me I have nice legs but they look fat to me, I have rather skinny arms but I feel like I have neck fat, not very noticeable though 😖
If you want to slim down your arms instead of lifting a lot of weight and doing less reps, you should lift lighter weight with more reps that will tone and slim down your arms.

i think thick thighs are incredibly cute!! though some people need to exercise their thighs for blood flow to keep healthy. make sure not to overwork yourself, start slow and be kind to your body!

Day 1) That definitely hurt but felt good. REALLY sore.
Day 2) Still sore, felt good but my hips are in sm pain
Day 3) The pain is insane. Also i’m just dying for thin thighs at this point 👀
