My healthy 36 year old husband was killed by hospital protocol and left me with three little kids, 3, 7, and 11. Once I found this song, it has become my anthem. I listen to it daily, all the time. It keeps me going and gives me the reminder I need. The Holy Spirit is ALL OVER this song. 💖🙌💖

This song hits me deeply in my soul. I hit rock bottom back in 2016. A life dominated by alcoholism, drug addiction and drug dealing came screeching to a halt when I found myself homeless on the very city I was born in. So grateful for my recovery today. Was finally broken and torn into a million pieces, I was finally ready to surrender and accept help. My life before recovery was finally over and the Grace of God stepped in.
From someone who has hit rock bottom.

Great song 890 days sober, praise Jesus this song reminds of my dad talking about Jesus to me.
Likewise for me Jamie. I'd rather take a bullet than to fall back into the bottle with that liquid devil. Anyone reverting back to their former ways after receiving Jesus as their Lord and Saviour must not think very much of themselves. Willful sin after being saved, is like nailing Jesus to the cross again.

When I wake in the middle of the night..I no longer reach beside me because I know he's there. He's carried me on my best days and picked me up on my worse. I can't describe what it's like to love him unconditionally..like he does me..with all my faults..

I think going to church is wonderful, but I also know that God is all around. The song encapsulates that message and that feeling that you never alone because God is always just a thought or prayer away. This is just as good as any hymnal I've ever sang.

In the past few years there have been a lot of good people I knew that got addicted and they had such a great heart but couldn't get control and sometimes they would call me in the middle of the night sick and I talked them through it but it wasn't enough in the end but I think this song could have helped. I think you’ll find the sound engineer has just done his job of EQing them perfectly so Morgan’s harmonising isn’t overpowering Larry’s voice.

As soon as Morgan and Larry started to sing I grabbed my guitar and played along with them...over and over. But when I started to sing harmony with the guys I just got too emotional and started to tear up. I'll keep trying till I make it and I'm 69. I sent this video to my aunt and uncle who are 91 and 92 and they loved it. Thanks to the Lord Jesus Christ for bringing this to me.

You know I get laughed at a lot because I get emotional listening to music but what people fail to realize is that when I close my eyes or tears start falling it is because there is something in that song or lyric that takes me back to a place or a person who is either no longer with me or a person who I loved in the past So honestly that's where I find God I believe that it's in those hard times or perfect memories where we can find him . Thank you to everyone who has ever written or sang a song that allows me to travel to those times.

Listen to the version recorded on someone’s phone. The harnonies aren’t actually as perfect in this video because this one is edited. They still sound great in the phone recording but not perfect as this one.
You should listen to more Christian music. I prefer the live performances so often over the radio edits.

We just lost our Dad on the 14th of this month. December. He passed away the very next day after I got here the day before. I spent the last 6 hours with him at the hospital. Around 4 in the morning my sister showed up because of what the doctor said. Anyway I left. I'm his oldest. I couldn't see him take his last breath. Wasn't about to remember him like that. Didn't see my Mom go either. I won't remember the ones that gave me life taking their last. About a day or two later I came across this great Song. Taking everything in... knowing that we have to move on with out the two people that mattered most in our lives. I'm gonna be alright. I learned from my parents. It's the others I worry about. My other brothers and sister. Anyway this song just came through for me when I was deep in thought. I know things are gonna be ok. Thanks To The Lord Above Us. Amen 🙏.

I've been through absolute hell these past three years. I lost my grandfather (who raised me) two weeks after moving home to be with him, I lost my daughter in September, and I'm at risk of losing my home due to a civil case against my grandmother. Suicide is always in the back of my mind. But God finds me in the depth of my despair and doesn't let me go. I've strayed so far from my faith and don't feel worthy of his love. But when I feel like giving up, something like this comes along and reminds me that he's the light at the end of the tunnel we call life. ❤️

I love this rendition. God isn't gone. He's making a come back soon. That's what this song speaks to me. This world is moving so fast, we all have different things that help us slow down. To heal. To really enjoy the small moments and appreciate what you have in life. "I don't know what they're saying, but it sounds like a hymm to me." That's called enjoying the beauty in all things and feeling it a soul level, to make peace with the past and not worry about the future. It's hard to find messages like that in music, but this is proof that we can still turn this world around if we can find God in the small, seemingly insignificant things of that we're being told everyday that no longer exists.
