According to the officer, Sean was already trespassed from this location and he still decided to come back. That's why they arrested him this time.
The officer stated he'd already been trespassed before.
He was made to leave and gave a trespassed warning before. But it was illegal because u can't be trespassed from a public building unless you committed a crime. Now this time is an illegal arrest

Their goal is to get “click bait” to make their videos get a higher watch rate so they can make more money on UA-cam etc. If they were true auditors they would just watch, record, and not interject but that is boring and they wouldn’t get many followers so they get in people’s faces with their cameras and taunt until they get a reaction. Nothing satisfies them more than to make someone lose their temper because then the frauditor will get more viewers and more viewers means more money. As far as protecting anyone’s rights, that is a big laugh because they are causing more laws and ordinances to be enacted to protect our public employees. And that means our freedoms are being slowly eroded directly because of their actions.

They fcked up because they went straight to trespass before warning him. I'm pretty sure there was no previous trespass warning in place either. It was like you're trespassed because you're recording. That one is 100% ending up dismissed before you blink. You can't do that without asking him to leave first because recording isn't illegal. Caught this live. If the department quietly trespassed our guy from the previous encounter, this arrest might just be a good one. Good thing we have the SGT on scene there verifying there was no trespass. It is going to take a long while but whatever they charged him with today will get dropped. Can't beat the ride though and who knows how bad that might be going for him.
