May the name of our Lord Jesus be glorified through our faith and prayers for the salvation of unbelievers.
That night of intercession, along with others praying, obviously brought more fruit. I worked with Sudanese people in the Middle east and they have a whacky sense of humour. I found it difficult to reconcile the fierce disposition mentioned by him until I realised there's a gap of about forty years from his time in Sudan, to my association with them.
God is so good. I have learned so much through the Holy Spirit annointing on Derek Prince.
Lord, let us all reach the lost and bring many to Christ Jesus! Let many be saved!

Blessings over all here. I'm in need of prayer for my niece, Chaliss. She is 31, a follower of our Lord Jesus. About a week ago she started having a difficult time expressing her thoughts or following directions. She is in the hospital now. The Doctors believe that she has an infection in her body/brain which is causing this. Your prayers for her are greatly appreciated.

3 years ago God gifted us a little cat after some serious losses. abandon by its mother a little maine coon. i raised him. he loved being outside. so i said a prayer of protection over him that he always be safe and sound and for 3 years it was true but 2 days ago he got killed by a car. i live out in the country. My heart is broken and right now my trust is broken. I dont know what to do. I pray constantly i rebuke satan everyday. then this. i have had so much loss in my life. everything gets taken from me.

@@toddsutton5672 Well, Todd, let me just first tell you that I understand. I have walked in your shoes.
It would seem that there is likely a root of bitterness in your life that may be continuing to choke out any hope for things to change.
I am speaking from experience. I just came out of a 4+ year depression since COVID where a job fell apart coupled with the crushing disappointment of not being able to find a wife. Then you add the fact that I went into contracting, and four separate companies took advantage of me even after I slaved away for them.
It was not until recently when I realized that discouragement was keeping me down in the pit. I decided to stop living carnally and to trust the Holy Spirit with all of my life, not withholding anything from Him. He has rewarded me with freedom and a newfound hope.
The world is an evil place: it is the domain of Satan. Your kitty dying really sucks, and I can tell you loved him dearly. It is so vitally important to learn how to connect with the Holy Spirit, and He can deliver you from the shackles of crushing disappointment. Derek Prince has a lot of great resources regarding this very thing.
Have you seen Mr. Prince’s take on curses? I highly recommend looking into that. You never know whether there is something generational over you holding you in its grip.

It puts Jesus into perspective. The ‘five thousand followed him across or around the sea of Galilee to hear what he had to say about the Kingdom of God e.t.c. They didn’t go for fish and bread. 5000+ PEOPLE! We must start proclaiming the FULL Gospel - including, particularly, the absolute need for repentance.

The Gospel:
Plain and
Simple
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your
minds should be corrupted from the simplicity
that is in Christ.” - 2 Corithians 11:3
Ask someone today if they are saved and
you will most likely hear responses like these:
“I have accepted Jesus into my heart.” Or “I
have made him Lord of my life.” “I’ve been
baptized.” “I said a prayer.” Sounds all good
and churchy don’t it; but it is difficult to de-termine whether or not a person actually
knows the gospel that saves them. These useless phrases don’t describe a thing about what
the gospel is and has left a devastating effect
of people not knowing what it is that they are
saved from nor how they are saved; which
leaves a more serious effect of people questioning their salvation.
Let’s not muddy the simplicity of salvation that is in Christ with vague church
sounding phrases that do not communicate
anything. But rather present God’s word with
clarity and assuredness. So here is the gospel:
plain and simple.
Sin was passed upon all men by one man
Adam, and death is a consequence of this sin
(Rom 5:12). Mankind has an eternal destiny of
condemnation and wrath - Hell - because of
this sin (Rom 6:23). No matter what good
works one might do we are still found sinners
in the sight of our Creator God. And all unrighteousness and those who follow get indignation and wrath. We cannot be found
righteous for by God’s law we are found sinners (Rom 3:19-20). If we have broken even
one law we are found guilty.
It is for this reason of not being able to
create our own righteousness and being born
in a sinful flesh that we need a savior (Titus
3:5). Christ is that Savior, God manifested in
the flesh, sinless, died in our place on a cross
2000 years ago. Taking upon him the wrath
and judgement that was intended for us sinners. And it is through his bloodshed, burial,
and resurrection on our behalf that we are
able to have peace with God and forgiveness
of our sins (1 Cor 15:1-4, Col 3:14). This good
news is unto all but only those that believe in
it are made righteous in Christ (Romans
3:22).
It is then after we have heard this good
news of Christ’s righteousness available to us freely, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit
and we are now part of Christ’s body the
church (Eph 1:13)
There is nothing that we need to do, no
good works that are required, and no bad
works that can separate us from our new position in Christ (Romans 8:35-39).
Faith and belief in this information from
God’s word is the gospel.
The gospel is not accepting Jesus into your
heart. The gospel is not making him lord of
your life, it is not saying a prayer and it is not
being baptized with water.
So next time someone asks you if you are
saved. Give them the clear assured answer
“Yes! And let me tell you why!
