thanks for posting this. it's great! it's quite sad in a way though because i saw them in 1999 and again in 2008 and could really tell the difference. they'd completely lost the enthusiasm they once had in 1999. stipe stood still for most of the show!
@ricflairfan5 Actually, it was Mike Mills who stole the show when I saw them in 08 too. He was really energetic, funny and had some good things to say through his mic. He was just as cool back in 1999 but Michael was also very full of energy and danced around. It's not a big deal I suppose but I notice how stationary he is these days in comparison to the very lively singer from 10 years back. Still. REM have made some superb songs and that's what counts.
