Hola soy Valenciano esa paella no es paella es arroz caldoso el recipiente no era la tipica sarten de la paella mas parecia un bolt o similar la autentica paella es pollo y conejo tambien podemos considerar la de "Marisco" y lo digo entrecomillas se que en USA considerais el conejo como animal de compañia y no os gusta comerlo pero cuando lo pruebas te gustara el sabor es parecido al pollo y extranjeros que lo han probado les han gustado saludos

Ese sabor que te da como a curri realmente no lo es. En las paellas o arroces caldosos en españa se usa el azafran, que le da ese sabor particular y es ademas el que le da un color amarillo al arroz. El azafran es muy caro.

And the rice wasn’t paella-in paella, the rice is drier, without much broth. That was arroz con bogavante (lobster rice), which is much brothier.
In India you should say you are professional choreographers instead of professional dancers coz for a layman in India dance as a profession can be misunderstood or looked down upon as a low skill job ppl take up who couldn't afford good education. Just frankly informing you

Ese sabor que te da como a curri realmente no lo es. En las paellas o arroces caldosos en españa se usa el azafran, que le da ese sabor particular y es ademas el que le da un color amarillo al arroz. El azafran es muy caro.

Welcome to Madrid. Let me clarify a few dishes for you: Camarones al ajillo (called gambas in Spain) are not prepared with butter but with olive oil, at least the traditional ones.
And the rice wasn’t paella-in paella, the rice is drier, without much broth. That was arroz con bogavante (lobster rice), which is much brothier.

In India you should say you are professional choreographers instead of professional dancers coz for a layman in India dance as a profession can be misunderstood or looked down upon as a low skill job ppl take up who couldn't afford good education. Just frankly informing you
