Hello all - thank you for keeping me on the straight and narrow. I did in fact use a low heat glue gun in this video - but I should have said so. I just forgot but will mention it from now on when I use it! Great you all enjoyed this video! Love Astar xx
Thank you for not taking alll day 25-30mins to demonstrate....most of us know a little bit anyway. I appreciate your timely video
Wonderful demonstration. Love your hair and choker, very classy.
The bouquet looks lovely! Thank you for the clear tutorial.
Thank you so much! My wedding is in 4 days and I've been stressing about my bridesmaids bouquets. I came across your video and it worked perfectly, so easy! You're a lifesaver :)
Yay! I hope they looked great! xx
Oh my goodness! This video was a lifesaver! Thank you so much!!
Total lifesaver! You explained it so well and fast I loved it❤️ other videos are soooooo long that 10 minutes go by and they’re still talking but no action! 😂Thanks and keep up the good work, I am a fan now and subscribed to your channel.🥰
She did it so quickly. It's amazing
Love your energy! The bouquet is stunning!
Beautiful bouquet and great tips!
So beautiful ! My daughter just became engaged and I would love to be the one to do some of the flowers for her. Thank you for your videos.
Brilliant..!! Thank you for taking the time to make the video.
The flowers my daughter sent me had an absorbent kitchen cloth (not paper towel), soaked in water around the cut stems, and cellophane wrapped around that and tied with a ribbon. It kept them fresh and well hydrated.
best bouquet ever!! 💗
Beautifully done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I love it! Love you too! It's great!
Beautiful bouquet! but my advise.... Do Not Use Hot Glue on Hydrageas, they are a water flower... Very, very delicate when exposed to any type of heat. Loved the beautiful detail with the necklace♥💐
Kassandra Medina Hi Kassandara - you are sooooo correct and I should have mentioned this. I actually used low melt (which is like a hot glue gun but it doesn't heat up as much) on this bouquet. I'll remember to say this next time I use it! Glad you liked the necklace detail x
Love this bouquet 💐
Thank you doing this for my wedding. 😀
my wedding is this Saturday. I'm going to try today.
Very pretty.
I LOVE IT! :)
So, it will not wilt without stems being in a water? My hydrangea was wilting in a wet foam....
Just courteous...So all day at the wedding in a heat would bee ok for it ?
Awesome Sauce 👍
No hot glue on flowers, even on low. Use a floral glue especially made for flowers. Hydrangea should be in water as much as possible, I deliver mine in inexpensive vases. Use a spray like crowing Glory to seal the flowers so they will hold up for a while.
beautiful
Hi, Nice video. What size would you classify your hydrangea? small? med? large?
These would be medium hydrangeas! Love Astar xx
How would you make this last for a bridal bouquet.
thanks for the tip, i don't think the hot glue its a good idea but the bouquet looks beautiful.
Merlina Makeup Yes you are right - I used a low temp glue gun but should have said so!! I will next time!!
I would use cold glue instead.
I remember I was watching these videos because my sister in law was gonna get.married and I made her bouquet,, it was BEAUTIFUL by the way, and now she is getting a divorce lol....
Can I use any kind of flowers and follow the same steps?
Yes! You sure can - just apply all the same techniques! Good luck! Love Astar xx
very beautifull
Hydrangeas and hot glue gun it's exactly the same ... they do not like the heat , likes a lot of water and , at all times must be in the water .... just saying , I think is a good video though...
Hot glue on fresh flowers?!?......SERIOUSLY what a hot mess
Barry Opdyke Yes I am a hot mess! This was actually a low heat glue gun but I should have mentioned it! Thanks for pointing it out Barry!
@@AstarsPlace don’t worry about the rude people, you’re helping those of us that need to use what’s available to us for our DIY weddings. PS you’re not a hot mess, you’re fantastic!
