Padden is my favourite annihilator's vocalist. Waters is one of my favourite guitar players (and Dave is doing great job on guitar too). This show is incredible as always
I will not know the hate about Padden, but Padden made an awesome job in Annihilator and I have respect for that, as well, Waters is my favorite thrash metal guitarist
From 2:18 till 3:00 there's the best breackdown ever or whatever you call it!!! I could listening to this hours and hours, till the end of my days.....Annihilator Break Fucking Azz!!!
Padden rocks! Not just vocally, bu the has an ATTITUDE as well. Kinda like Hetfield back from his earlier days. I've met Jeff Waters at guitar clinic. He's awesome and really down to earth. Hell, the band as a whole kicks ass! Can't wait to see Annihilator live again!
Just to set the record straight. The drummer is Ryan Ahoff. He was 36 at the time of this DVD release and he's only recorded drums for the 2010 album "Annihilator" and for this live album.
As far as I'm concerned, I'd put this song up against any Thrash Metal song (Except Angel of Death) and feel very confident that it would acquit itself quite well. How the HELL have I made it 45 years on this Earth and never heard ANY Annihilator until I stumbled on this whole concert a week ago!?!
Lol.....same here. I knew of them back in the day and had heard Alison Hell and really dug it but just somehow lost track of them until just about two months ago when I heard the brand new track Armed to the Teeth and then looked em up and discovered this unbelievable live show and I was floored how I hadn't heard this before. Mainstream NEVER plays this stuff and that goes for almost all thrash metal bands. You have to come to youtube to find the good stuff. They are definitely underrated but absolutely awesome. Just finished downloading their entire discography lol. Trust me there's way more brother.
I was there in the first row... it was a night to remember all right! I thrashed and banged my head away XD For me, Epica, Annihilator, Kreator and Behemoth were the highlight ( of course Sabaton and many other bands were amazing too )
@ruudiee2 Agreed. As much as I recognise his brilliant lead playing, the thing that really draws me to his playing is his talent for coming up with great riffs
The guitar tone on this album is mean af... Im glad they stuck with it live... I think this original album was recorded with ENGL Invaders or Fireballs. All i know is, I love that guitar sound ,
My favourite Annihilator lineup is the Alice in Hell lineup from 1989 Randy Rampage Jeff Waters Anthony Greenham/Dave Scott Davis Wayne Darley Ray Hartmann
What I mean is, that this band represents almost all the best that 'defines' *true* Heavy Metal as I remember it from inception, to today (deception:) This song for example 'whips' (emphasis on the "h", Stewie :-) most metal that I've heard come out since 1989! IMHO (and all that other philocraptical bullweez!).
Fuck! Do I ever love Annihilator! This song however has become my daily ritual :-P I don't know what it is, but this band is slowly creeping in as my Favourite (Even more than Megadeth). I hate to say that, but it's true. My other daily (multiple) Heheheh, "he said 'multiples'", song is "The Trend". What a great song!!!! JEFF WATERS RULES!?! Me thinks so (in some ways:)
67? Come now, oh wait! Who's playing? haha, so many member changes, it's the who's who of metal bands and still going strong, many can trace success to this terribly underrated band... purely classic metal in every way..
My favourite Annihilator lineup is the Alice in Hell lineup from 1989 Randy Rampage Jeff Waters Anthony Greenham/Dave Scott Davis Wayne Darley Ray Hartmann
@PyroMessiah1974 couldn't agree more. I personally think that joe (carnival diablos) (waking the fury) was the best vocalist but I think dave is pretty damn good.
@dantespawn666 you're the one who's wrong... jeff waters is a rhythm guitarist who happens to play solo's, he said that himself in some video's he also said the same at a meet and greet..
@JediStamos They're actually influenced by Exodus. Jeff Waters (their lead guitarist and all around mainman) is probably on-par, if not better than Gary Holt. They're both fucking amazing though!
Padden is my favourite annihilator's vocalist. Waters is one of my favourite guitar players (and Dave is doing great job on guitar too). This show is incredible as always
This performance is the best fucking version of this song!
2:17 Daaaaamn that riff, man! Headbanger \m/
Dave Padden + Jeff Waters = Best Guitar Duet Ever.
WHY ARE THESE FUCKING BRILLIANT MUSICIANS SO UNDERRATED
One of the best metal tracks ever!
I'll forever love the Dave Padden era. He's capable of singing all their tracks and has a great singing voice.
I will not know the hate about Padden, but Padden made an awesome job in Annihilator and I have respect for that, as well, Waters is my favorite thrash metal guitarist
Dave Padden is the best vocalist of Annihilator by far!
You probably don’t even remember posting this. I do agree so much
From 2:18 till 3:00 there's the best breackdown ever or whatever you call it!!! I could listening to this hours and hours, till the end of my days.....Annihilator Break Fucking Azz!!!

Mat Mine more like till 3:40
That middle part! Can't stop playing it.

+Oliver Runkler Have you heard the version on DLA with Joe Comeau?
+gringochucha Joe Comeau's version was sick! Fantastic vocalist
Yup agreed
@@gringochucha the only version I've heard is the official version and this live version. Havn't been able to find any other.
@@Kronix86 Double Live Annihilation. One of the best live albums in metal.
Padden rocks! Not just vocally, bu the has an ATTITUDE as well. Kinda like Hetfield back from his earlier days.

Waters/Padden, es dupla siempre la mejor 🤘🏼

Their Riffs fucking Kick so much ass... I love it.

DAVE PADDEN,waht power on vocals and a synchronization with JEFF WATERS, RYAN AHOF 68 years ⚡RESPECT⚡
Ryan is 44...Jeff was joking
Holy shit !! I have been saying that for years now !!! Annihilator rules and metallica they feel off before the black album ..
Goddammit that's good f@#$n metal!!!!!!!!
Awesome Canadian metal!
I always prefer their live guitar tones to the studio ones, which I find kinda lacking, while the riffs are usually awesome!
@ruudiee2 Agreed. As much as I recognise his brilliant lead playing, the thing that really draws me to his playing is his talent for coming up with great riffs
How on earth does a man play drums like this at 67. Such technique and intensity. Hits the drum so hard and he's that old.
AspergerL he's 44 , born in '73.
Age doesn't matter when you're metal AF
Paulada na nuca demais!!!!
grandiosi !!!!!
Lead singer looks badass
....oh and so does Jeff Waters
Dave paddon is my favorite annihilator singer
THIS IS METAL!!!!!
Great song!!
@ruudiee2 you are totally wrong, Jeff has always been the lead guitarist for Annihilator dude!!! he rocks at lead guitar!
Rock n Roll CLASS ACT.
EPIC *_*
Fuck!, this band is so underrated, Fuck!
The guitar tone on this album is mean af... Im glad they stuck with it live...
I think this original album was recorded with ENGL Invaders or Fireballs.
All i know is, I love that guitar sound ,
@AGNTthrasher Jeff is technically better lead player, but I think Gary Holt writes better riffs/songs overrall.
I love them both anyway!
@ExodusHeadbanger97
you know jeff waters is a rythm guitarist who happens to play solo's, right?
Classic \m/
Annihilator seriously need to get themselves some lasting full-time members.
Well Dave was in Annihilator for 11 years. Shame he had to leave, I loved his singing.
My favourite Annihilator lineup is the Alice in Hell lineup from 1989
Randy Rampage
Jeff Waters
Anthony Greenham/Dave Scott Davis
Wayne Darley
Ray Hartmann
Kár, hogy szét a ment a zenekar azóta! Sajnálom az énekes-gitáros srácot! Imádtam!
Actually the drummer is one of the few members who's been there for the majority of their studio albums. Other then their frontman.
@TheMindParasites i dont think so, in my opinion metallica knows that annihilator would kick their ass in a live concert
What I mean is, that this band represents almost all the best that 'defines' *true* Heavy Metal as I remember it from inception, to today (deception:)

Annihilator. The only reason i know where Canada is or came to know of it's existence.
Есть русские?
@dantespawn666
you're the one who's wrong...
jeff waters is a rhythm guitarist who happens to play solo's, he said that himself in some video's he also said the same at a meet and greet..
Jeff has always played lead for Annihilator
yes...men
No Guitar solo? Plenty on the first annihilator cd
@JediStamos They're actually influenced by Exodus. Jeff Waters (their lead guitarist and all around mainman) is probably on-par, if not better than Gary Holt. They're both fucking amazing though!
Annihilator should play before metalica on concerts! Metallica should be a support of ANNIHILATOR!!!!!
me too
@ruudiee2 Yep, I know that! The funny thing is that he's still a better soloist than most of the lead players today!
Have you seen your picture?
they do? :O
Roby Wiliams vocal???))))
Fucking Great!!! \m/
Fuck Yeah! Annihilator Rules :)
i clicked on this just because on the thumbnail
ANNIHILATORRRRRRR!!
Yes..... There is the Bulgarian flag 2:15 I'm really proud
well he happens to play the fuckin hell out of 'em
padden is like a younger and canadian james hetfield
wtf the quality is studio... omg the equipment.
30 years ago Padden could easily be in Hetfield's position and Jeff in Mustaine's
It could possibly be, that Jeff meant the year 1967, when the drummer was born...
Artillery is most underrated band.
Oh absolutely
Jefferson Águas...
I can dig it, but I Paddens Voice doesn't have the same Pull that Comeau's voice had on this track.....Still awesome as all fuck though
I think it's Lithuania's cuz i think that isn't white on top, but yellow...
Butch it's Czech Republic (annual metal fest at Vizovice), but people bring their flags from other countries there.
couldnt be any more right. unfortunately. if anyone in the US had a brain, they would have signed these guys at minute one.
Jeff Waters is king.
other new mission: Play with Waters on stage
@tonhaoslayer213 oaiheuaeuioaehauieh
or jamez fuck yeah hetfield
annihilator > exodus
@sXe170 hope you don't do that to your mom then..
Canada version of Metallica
