I've been a drummer my whole life, but I've been writing music like this for about two years and I just used the tools available to me. An Akai 25 midi controller keyboard, paid synth VSTs, a drum simulator so I can play the drums in real time using my phone or tablet. A lot of trial and error and a love for world building and Grand cosmic dark fantasy lore
